horrible service. Unsanitary practices. (On the way to the bathroom saw OUR server with his bare hands opened the silver drawer where all the chips are and scoop out the chips with his bare hands into a bowl which he served to us!!) we told the management who did nothing and I’m pretty sure the rest of the chips he contaminated was served to customers.
On top of this, the service was terrible. This was our second time to this establishment since reopening. The food is great and which is what drew us back after the first bad experience because the manager on duty at that time went above and beyond to right the issue. Tonight however was a complete different story. We spoke to the manager, who did nothing except offer free desert which we did not want and a 5% discount. We had 9 people in our group 3 of which were kids. The adults got served our food before the kids.

Also, after seeing the unsanitary practices which I’m sure is a health Code violation, and to top it off, the owner was present and DID NOTHING TO FIX the problem. Do not go here unless you want to leave upset and feeling like you begged for food instead of being a paying customer. And! We were forced to pay a 15% gratuity which is INCLUDED in the bill. And the bills were not even separated which we asked for, and I stood with the manager for almost 15 minutes highlighting and telling him what went on what bill. Just insane!!!! And then had to again walk up to the front to pay since no one came to collect payment. Read moreI went to go get dinner last night and was a party of 2. The place was pretty busy, the host told us 15-20 and wrote down a phone number on a piece of paper. We waited in the car (since the lobby was packed) about 30 min before going inside. Upon returning, the female hostess was blatantly rude, told me she didn’t know what happened to the paper and would tell me if anyone was ahead of us waiting to be seated. She then decided to not make any eye or verbal contact with us for the rest of the time. There were tables empty and she didn’t come to seat us, or bus empty tables that had been empty for some time. She wasn’t coming towards the front and stood back at the bar. She eventually went back to the kitchen and didn’t come out again so we ended up leaving (after waiting a total of 1 hour at this point). We were the only people standing in the lobby. It’s grossly apparent that some of the staff needs to be retrained and informed what customer service is, or, at bare minimum, what competent communication skills are. Read moreI gave this establishment three stars, meaning that it was OK. The owner then contacted me with a snarky response requesting that I remove my review because they are not open on Tuesdays. I guess there was confusion that I can give a rating on a Tuesday when I visited there on a Friday.
Response from the owner Sir please remove your review we aren’t even open on Tuesday’s I do wonder if this kind of reaction would be elicited from a five-star review given on a Tuesday.
Now to the food and the reason for my rating.
It was not bad, but there was room for improvement. I was told they were out of guacamole when I tried to order it, yet there were avocado slices on our nacho order and a large basket of avocados on the bar. I found that to be an odd side to not be able to make on the fly. I also ordered a burrito that I frankly thought was underseasoned and a bit bland.
