Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Poughkeepsie

I can’t with this Taco Bell anymore. I order every once in a while because I have a craving but they disappoint every time. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve ordered from here and every time I have to report them to get my money back because something is missing or completely wrong. It’s funny because I’m not joking. I used to work at a Tacobell and when I tell you it is so easy, easy is an understatement. It’s the easiest job I’ve ever had. They do it on purpose man cause there’s no way you see no sourcream on the whole meal and then they go and put extra sourcream on everything like I’m paying for it. I promise you it has been every time I’ve ordered. But that’s it I’m done with this Taco Bell. It’s really a shame. And don’t let me get started on the fact that they NEVER give sauce! Like make it make sense. They need to take a look into this place cause why they acting like they’re a Karen diner with the worst service I’ve ever seen and experienced. It’s a Taco Bell. Nobody is asking you to make a Michelin star dish ok, it’s just scooping food into tortillas. It’s not hard cause I did it for at least six months!!!! But yeah would not recommend and will not be ordering from here again. It’s a shame...

EDIT: DO NOT GO HERE* When we arrived at the drive-through, we waited a few minutes with no response. Even though it was 12:30am and drive-through only, we decided to attempt going inside. The employee standing outside informed me with a chuckle that they were closed. As I walked back to my vehicle, an employee carrying a bag from the gas station across the street came towards me while wearing a headset. At about this time, a vehicle arrived at the drive-through, and the person wearing the headset appeared to have responded. Then, we decided to do the same, again. We were greeted by frantic employees who claimed my online order did not exist.

In the end, we received sustenance that had been... Porley prepared. However, nourishment... Please do not go here!

-- Staff was very rude. We ordered our food 2 hours ahead of time (was a large group). When we went to pick it up they said we couldn't get more then 2 orders at a time while going though the drive through. And made us wait and extra 30 min to finialy get our food. Decided to come with some friends to get some taco bell. We first ordered-everything was fine until we got our food.We checked to see if everything was fine, it wasn't. My friend is vegan and ordered tacos with black beans and no cheese the first set of tacos had meat. We went back to get the ordered fixed and the second set has cheese all over the tacos. I told the worker that it was wrong again and the whole team pulled up to the window, one of them gave us rude attitude and said we should've said that in the first place which we did and even shows on the receipt. Before I could even say anything, she slammed the window in my face and walked away. I drove away shocked at the amount of disrespect we had received.I felt bad for my friend who has to scrap the tacos and try to eat them and become nauseous the rest of the day.
