Due to the ill nature of my treatment here only 1 beer was had which was a decent beer- so you get 1 star by default. Customer service here however is EMBARRASSING. Visited last weekend and I was in a happy mood - it was a sunny afternoon & I was looking forward to a few beers etc..however, whoever the blonde female behind the counter that day is, exhibited SHAMEFUL behavior for no reason - no greeting or smile, body language implying I was not welcome, just a nasty stare as I approached the bar with a smile to order my drink. 100% it felt like a mean girl hating on another female. I literally had to basically hand-hold her like a toddler for her to do her job as I uncomfortably asked a couple of questions about the beer selection and ordered a beer begrudgingly since i’m not from around town and made the trip here. Also the dude that brought my fries didn’t have the courtesy to bring me ketchup when I asked about it. Some man who seems like the owner/manager was around and he should be making sure this doesn’t go down but who knows maybe staff follow the culture of this place. Will obviously not be back to this joint which did nothing but piss me off when breweries are supposed to be chill and relaxing. You should hire nice people- it’s...
Read moreDO NOT come here if you have a nut allergy. I absolutely hate leaving 1 star reviews, but this place had multiple issues. I stood at the bar for over 15 minutes waiting to be served and the bartender kept serving people who walked up after me (it wasn't busy, just steady, and I counted over 8 people that walked up while I was waiting) I was finally about to say something when another bartender could see I was getting frustrated and acknowledged me. The only NA drinks they had were Shirley Temples and root beer. I went back to sit down and my husband wanted to order some food, and came back fairly quickly and just said the bartender was being rude. The final straw was when I asked if they make sure they clean the lines and machines after making and canning their peanut butter beer, since someone was meeting us with a severe nut allergy. The bartender tip toed around the answer and finally said that they should be ok drinking the cider. We left and met our friends somewhere else, since I didn't feel comfortable with them drinking anything from there. There should really be signs saying that if you have a nut allergy you shouldn't drink their beer, as if you don't notice the PB beer on the menu you don't know things could have been...
Read moreStopped in to try their beers. Female behind the bar (who never gave us her name) was horrible. No attention paid to us. We stopped in for a specific beer they had advertised on their site. They didn't have the beer and she had absolutely no explanation as to why or apologetic as to why they no longer had the beer in stock. It felt like we were bothering her. None the less we gave some other beers a try. Needless to say the beers were non too impressive. When we tried to get a second round, giving every chance possible to a local business which we fully want to support, the same female flat out ignored us and served two other patrons who walked up after us. Eventually a male helped us out who then went to serve our beers to another customer. Totally clueless. No attention to detail and no engagement with their customers. Beers were lackluster and nothing special. Im sorry to say pass on this...
