McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Riverhead

Very polite employees, usually make everything right..much fresher and better than the McDonald's by the circle coming into riverhead 💯🙅🏽‍♀️ (just saying)...even the teenagers working there are very respectful. My app wasn't working and one of the Employees went out of their way to help me and fix it. Having a lot of teenagers that work there...alot of times you get teenagers that are rude. Or blow you off every time I go to THIS location..They are so nice. Fast..&& They have nothing but smiles on their faces and honestly, one of the nicest staff of a fast food restaurant in Riverhead...hands down 🏆sooooo..yes I know it's just McDonald's...🍟🍔🥤 but it is always fresh. Never a long wait.... I do definitely suggest driving like 5 minutes..only a couple miles from the circle on flanders to go to this, mcdonald's on county road 58.. but yeah....it's mcdonald's not five guys so its cheap...and its MCDONALDS lml...it tastes like...Mcdonalds! lol 💁🏽‍♀️🤣l but FRESH. 💯 download the app..u get offers every day and earn points to get more free stuff. It's worth...

This place is under new management and the new manager is a lady who is so rude, I’ve been coming here for maybe 6 years now since I moved to Riverhead and I had to write a review about this because the way she treats the ladies in the kitchen and the staff is unacceptable, she yells at them in such a despicable way, I heard that they cannot even drink water while they’re in the kitchen and so many other bad things and the worst thing is that it looks like she is being racist with them when she is Hispanic herself, that’s disgusting, I think her name is Brenda or something like that I heard they call her. Anyways I hope McDonald’s does something about this because it really looks like the staff has a toxic work environment because of this lady. I feel bad for everyone working there specially the nice ladies in...

Normally in the past, this was one of my favorite McDonald's to eat due to the cleanliness and friendly staff besides the Operating manager was friendly, now...there is a so called Digital brand ambassador that doesn't realize that calling names to patrons like myself is not only not professional nor called for. Second, if I ask for am extra sauce and there's an upgrade cost, they must inform patrons otherwise their tactics to add onto their daily total sales are by deceit and thievery. Guess this is no longer a place to eat or trust. Simple actions are demonstrated by their front counter person. No loss, many more options are better and healthier. The cost of any meal is irrelevant, due to the fact that these workers are not informing the consumers...
