Worst customer service ever. A friend of mine, who has SPECIAL NEEDS, goes to this location frequently for myself and some friends of mine when he offers to do so. We write him a list of drinks and he goes and pays for them like any other customer. This happens pretty frequently. Weekly at least. The last and FINAL time he went for us, the employees locked the door on him. He still saw them inside working. He came back to us very confused and told us what happened. We checked online to see that the store was open. Not thinking anything of this, at the time. Bc who would do that? But I digress, he went back to DD and successfully got inside however was YELLED AT by a disgruntled employee who questioned and criticized “why he needed that many drinks” and complained about the different types of drink she had to make. It was 5 drinks. After he came back with the beverages and told us what had happened it was clear that this nasty employee attempted to lock him out to begin with. Disgusting to treat a human like that, especially one who doesn’t know any better. One who is always polite, kind, and PAYING, fueling DD’s business!! I mean HELLO!? This IS your JOB!! Extremely disappointed and disgusted by this utter lack of humanity. Will never give this location my business again. And on top of that, all the coffee SUCKED. Always tastes burnt and never get the same drink twice even if you order it the same way. So inconsistent and coffee is...
Read moreVery Rude customer service. I myself work at a dunkin donuts in schoharie county. When I ordered in drive through, whomever is working the window at the time was very rude. Sarcastic and sighted when I handed her two dollar Bill's and a dollar and twenty three cents in change. Even though she was rude. I was still polite and told her to have a great day. She shrugged her shoulders replied "yup" and slammed the window. Very rude environment I would never treat a customer. The way I was treated. When I had left I was very unhappy called the same store. When answered it was the same woman who took my order. I played dumb asked for the manager to explain my visit and I had gotten "well the manager is not here, but what can I do for you" knowing it was the same woman with the same sarcastic voice i explained my experience there anyway. Her response was "well there's not much I can do." I hope she takes into consideration that she should not treat customers the way she has. If you cant handle customer service it might be time to find a different job. There's no excuse I've worked in customer service for many...
Read moreI really like their cold brew and cold brew coffee in general is better for those that suffer from acid reflux (which I do - it’s less acidic). I drink it frequently in the morning throughout the week so I asked if I could get a Box-of-Joe for it. I was told it was a bit of an unusual request and they didn’t have a specific button to charge it, so I said no worries and I would just take a couple orders of their large size. Amber, the employee helping me, happily decided to call the district manager and figure out a way to do it for me. She definitely did not need to go out of her way in any sense, and the fact that she was willing to make sure her customer was able to get what they wanted is a true mark of excellent customer service. I’ve worked in customer service plenty (it’s not for the faint of heart) and the good ones rarely get recognized. Amber is an asset...
