Extremely poor customer service here today. Ordered a coffee using my mobile app, then drove to store to pickup. Pulled into drive thru and asked order by name. Employee tells me no orders by that name so sorry, but I can't help you at all. I pull around to drive thru window and check my mobile order app to discover an error occured and it never completed my order even though I did get a confirmation. Employee never comes to window, but does keep looking at me while inside for several minutes. After several minutes of her realizing I'm not leaving the drive thru window, she opens it and tells me immediately that she has nothing for me and cannot help me. I said I understand the app had an error, but can I just order here instead. She tells me no, since now there is one car behind me....so she tells me to drive all the way back around the drive thru to do the order through the speaker....
Ridiculous. This is 5:20pm and the place was dead. She deliberately makes me wait at the window instead of doing the courteous act of drive thru window to address the issue.
Dunkin, do better...
I will find a new Dunkin and would appreciate this problem being addressed...
Read moreI've never really had a problem with them, but today there were so many. I understand they were busy and everyone has off days but it was a little ridiculous. I was ordering breakfast for my family so it was a bigger order than I normally get. Halfway through ordering she cuts me off and tells me my total and to come around to the window. I'm like wait I'm not done. Then they have to add an extra order because they closed out my first order. I got three coffees and they didn't offer a drink tray - not a big deal but still. Then I get halfway home and take a sip of my iced coffee and realize it's not decaf. I explicitly said decaf because caffeine makes me sick. I always over pronounce decaf to make sure. I go back to get the coffee fixed. I get home and of course my sandwich was completely wrong. I'm not going back to get it fixed AGAIN, but I don't even eat what they gave me. Very frustrating morning. I hope even when it's super busy they take a small fraction of time to make sure they're actually taking care of their loyal customers. When ordering make sure you check your orders before leaving...
Read moreService was great, but had a very disrespectful experience with one of the younger girls that work there. I was sitting outside in the parking lot with my father and my dog eating our food that we had just purchased. We were sitting in front of a black Ford Focus. As we sat, I watched a worker walk out to the storage shed, watching us closely. Soon after, two more workers walked out. All of a sudden we watched one of them hit the panic button on their keys and the car in front of us started going off. She then hid in the storage shed until we decided to go and confront her about it. She refused to shut it off until we went away. Wasn't able to talk to a manager so we called the district manager, who took very good care of us. Didn't get the worker's name but I know that she owns a black Ford Focus. I hope that she gets called out for how disrespectful she was to paying customers that were literally doing...
