I came in today with some friends, and the place was pretty crowded, but this was not a problem as the workers were fast and efficient, and did it all with a smile. The manager at some point just took a second and asked some people how they were doing, while effortlessly was packaging up some sandwiches. The food was so bomb, and truly was just a great Italian sub. Ingredients were fresh, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sub. My friends and I sat in the back corner and enjoyed our meals, with the manager coming back and asking us how our food was. Wonderful first experience at a Jersey Mike's! The whole crew was warm and inviting and seemed so jazzed up to be there opening the store. Every staff member seemed knowledgeable and competent and both the subs we got were delicious! I tried the chicken Philly and my friend got the vegetarian sub and we both loved them! Even on a busy day during the lunch hour rush the line moved quickly and it felt like the Rotterdam place to be! I came in with my fiancé just after 8pm it was decently busy I believe it was the manager who helped us. His customer service was amazing he even convinced me to try the rosemary parm bread which I love now. There was a mix up and one of our subs didn't get made, when the manager saw us waiting he immediately fixed the situation making it himself while apologizing, I wasn't upset at all I understand things happen and was fine waiting a little longer.
