The best service of the evening came from the valet. Our server was fine, the problem was kitchen and bussing staff. I have been here many times over the years and either the kitchen is great or acceptable, but this time it was really off. It started with my salad not being served with my table mate, I inquired about the order and the salad came out about ten minutes later. The salad had not been washed properly and was very gritty. Now, I have to wait longer for my first course. The mains were nothing special. The service was beyond poor. I had to ask for utensils to be replaced several times and for pepper for the salad and meal- this is service 101. There was one particular member of the bussing staff-short and thin- who was unfriendly and seemed to be put off by minimal requests for us to continue our meal. Everyone agreed that we not return. Such a disappointment for my birthday...

I have always loved Pasquale 's. The food is generally solid enjoyment. The 4 of us meet there from New Jersey & Long Island. The last 2 times we had the same waiter. He was marginal, at best. We asked for cheese for minestrone soup...never got it. We asked for bread 3 times...never got it. I ordered a dish on the specials menu that specified cavatelli...a different pasta came. He lacked any attention to detail or to us. We generally order coffees & desserts; we looked at each other and agreed to get the heck out. I wanted to speak with a manager, but my husband requested that I do not & suggested we never come back. I did not think that was the appropriate way to handle it, but since it was our Anniversary, I didn't want to ruin...

A great restaurant is comprised of many ingredients; food, atmosphere and equally important great staff! Pasquale Ristorante has it all! We have been regulars for the past year. With Covid, the outdoor seating has been wonderful almost straight through the winter with the addition of heaters. Indoors has been socially spaced so you feel totally comfortable in your surroundings. The menu is varied, with daily specials, and we have never had an entrée that we didn't enjoy fully.....The wait staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating to your every need starting with the gentleman who valet parks, always extremely pleasant which we appreciate.
