We used to order from them weekly, but the quality changed over time and we sought out other pizza places even though they cost more, tonight I decided to give them another try… BIG mistake! I live a few minutes at most from their shop; an hour after I ordered online I called and was told my pizza was in the oven and it would be 7 minutes, I called a half hour after that and and the person did not ask my my name and said she’s checking on it before putting me on hold without asking me my name. I commented after being put on hold , you don’t even know my name but you’re checking.. she responded laughing that it was on its way citing my name. Well, ha, ha… glad you found it so amusing because we were starving by the time this VERY late delivery arrived and we did not think it was funny, because after the long wait it was not even a good pizza and we WILL NOT buy another pizza from this place and truth be told, the owner offered me a FREE pizza after our last bad experience and I did not accept it because we are not trying to get anything for free, we just want to get what we pay for timely and be treated with...

I cannot say enough about this wonderful establishment. I have frequented it several times in the last 4 years since moving to the Liverpool area. Very convenient location to where I live. I have never had a problem with an order.. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly. The food is absolutely delicious everytime. Reasonable prices and FREE DELIVERY as well. The young lady who delivers is always so nice. This past Sunday I ordered a well done sausage pizza, 20 mild extra crispy traditional wings and a large antipasto with extra onions.
