Ordered awhile back from this location but I got to busy to leave this review..while staying in Syracuse we ordered from this location..it was the first time I used pay pal to pay and it didn't look like it went through as the order screen did not state thank you for payment and I checked my bank acct and nothing was taken out. I received a text stating their driver MATTHEW had left the store to make the delivery but it took him 45 minutes to arrive. It's a 15 min drive to the hotel we were stating at and since I didn't see proof that it was taken out of my account my husband gave MATTHEW money for the order and tip (he seemed to have hesitated but didn't think much of it). On Sunday I seen the money was taken from my acct and I called dominoes right away stating we gave MATTHEW 25$ and he never said it was pd for..the gentleman I spoke to on Sunday stated he would try to reimburse me and he would call back on Monday..did not receive that call..I then called them back on Tuesday and the gentleman I spoke to thought it was taken care of but nope it wasn't, so he said to call back on Wednesday after 5 pm and speak to the GM which I did.. I once again explained the situation and he didn't speak English very well and had to keep repeating myself and explain Matthew knew the order was paid for but took 25$ from us...the GM called me back after checking into the situation and Matthew stated we only gave him $4 which is an absolute lie..the GM refused to reimburse my acct but stated he would give us credit at his store..i explained I did not live there...my husband and I order from dominoes every time we go away and never had this happen .. I told him Matthew is a liar and thief but refused to believe me that he pocketed the money..horrible customer service!!!..so be wary of this l8cation...
Read moreI recently had a terrible experience at Domino's Pizza store #3411. I placed my order at 11:57 pm, only to arrive at the store at 12:18 am and find it closed, despite the advertised closing time being an hour later. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, and rude. They can't seem to even keep their own hours straight, closing early and ignoring customers. The incompetence extends to their food as well, with wrong orders being a common occurrence.
When I attempted to get the attention of the staff inside, they ignored me, after continuing to open the door to get the staff’s attention inside he kept waving me off to say they were closed, I then went to the car to grab my phone to call them and the phone just rung although there was four staff visible inside, one cleaning and two others sitting off to the side and one staff sitting on top of a large Bluetooth speaker that was blaring vulgar music
After banging on the door and insisting that I had placed an order, the staff finally let me in. However, the poor customer service did not end there. This location has a reputation for giving out wrong orders, having rude staff, and even turning off the timer for Carside prior to bring orders out to the car.
Overall, my experience at Domino's Pizza store #3411 was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone in search of a good meal with decent service. Save yourself the headache and avoid this establishment at all costs.

Unreal. In a tight pinch for lunch I thought why no give them one last chance. Ordered a stuffed cheesy bread and forgot to add a couple of sauces. First the cheesy bread was awful. It was more akin to a Flatbread and was undercooked. Secondly and more egregiously I asked, clearly, for a couple of sauces. I know I should have checked the card reader, but how could you screw this up? And he came back with four sauces. Hey I said a couple man, well I heard four, ok can I just return the extra two? No I don't have a way to do that. So do you want the extra two or no? Well I paid for them and your telling me I can't get my money back so I guess I'm not going to pay for nothing.
