Simple and clean food offered up in a casual, spartan setting. Tasty vegan and vegetarian offerings as well as meats, including “make your own” bowls, make this a convenient spot for a quick and healthy meal. I dropped in with my mother-in-law when we both needed a late afternoon pick-me-up. I got the Pickled Bowl: bright and sweetly brined onions and cuckes with carrots, sprouts, marinated tofu, mixed greens, roasted sunflower seeds and rice, which I got with a goddess dressing. Extremely flavorful! I suspect all the offerings are equally tasty. The counter worker who also prepared the bowls worked quickly and checked with each of us regarding allergies as he added ingredients. Fairly priced at $12-$15 per bowl.

Wow! A healthy option in a village filled with delicious but perhaps a little less healthy choices. I had the green Goodness Salad bowl with chicken. It was filled with spinach, lots of fresh veggies and avocado. Delish! My wife had a make-your-own bowl with a variety of veggies and chicken over a bed of kale & spinach. The wasabi ginger dressing was a bit spicier than represented but tasty none the less. They also offer ramen bowls for those cold winter nights. I also have to add that the space is the most modern urban renovation in the upper Hudson Valley. Even more impressive if you were familiar with it before! Very worth a try!

It was so delicious, I forgot to take a picture! I had the Southwest bowl. Unlike the previous reviewer, mine was great! The sweet potatoes were tender, the chicken flavorful, rice as light and fluffy as one wants with brown rice. My partner has the sweet potato bowl with an addition of tofu. Again, exactly what you expect and want from a bowl. And the tofu was tasty. This was our second or third time here and we will be returning. Often!

Disappointed is an understatement. Went for the Ramen bowls and were told upon arrival that the rice noodles were unavailable. We decided to substitute for different noodles. My husband got a Buddha bowl and watched the server water down the peanut dressing with tap water before putting it in his food. When we told her we would have preferred her not do that, she literally just starred us down, no apology or any kind of accommodation made. She had a bad attitude from then on, never asked us how our food was or checked in with us. We were polite, our children were well behaved, and still when we left she barely acknowledged us. Three customers came in and left without ordering anything while we were there.

I will say the environment was peaceful, with natural wood details and earthy colors, and that's about the only positive thing I have to say. We...
