Ciro's — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

The food was good, everyone in my party enjoyed it, but the service was very slow. Took a long time to get our food, and though the waiter would look at us he either never notice or wasn't interested that drinks or bread were empty. It was also tough flagging down the staff in order to get something. When we finally got hold of a female staff member, we asked for bread, butter and oil. It took forever to get it and when it finally came, she quickly placed it down and then quickly left, without bringing the butter and oil. It took us another 20 minutes to get hold of someone else to ask for the butter and oil, and it took them 10-15 minutes to bring it out. We had one other issue, our bill was off, by about $500. I contained our food but a massive bar bill. We drank soda, no liquor at all. I'm going to attribute this to an honest mistake, mainly because no one in there right mind would think some one wouldn't notice a bill that was 4 times what it should have been. Ciros in kings park was the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Talk about the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life! I put my water down. Immediately. Fabio sueves picks it up and tops me off. We are eating and the staff is anticipating our meal to pounce on our plates at the exact moment we finished. It was seamless and the staff were kids who were in highschool and a couple of older gentleman but they taught every one of them who were also really good people these kids. The adults took their jobs extremely seriously the way they held the napkins the way they did their work was extremely cared about. It moved me. I have never ever experienced this anywhere else. It really doesn’t come close to what actually took place at that restaurant though. A cup of water… some plates taken care of….
