This is a tough one, because on one hand the food did sort of get better. But the prices have gotten insane. I paid $22 for 2 plain slice 1 Chicken Parm and one Chicken Marsala. That's the same or more than a whole plain pie. I 100% get the Marsala slice being expensive, it's a serious sized, very good slice. Credit where credit is due. But the Parm was like Danny De Vito vs. Arnold Schwarzenegger in Twins. Tiny, saggy and much older looking in comparison and you should not be paying the same for both...
I now only end up there if the kids need something because it's late or something unexpected happened. I absolutely can't stand the feeling of being taken advantage of though. I can afford it but why do I want to pay anywhere from 2-3x the price for the same or a worse quality smaller product. It just sucks. I feel like I'm being punished for my loyalty. Whats the endgame here just keep raising prices till people stop coming, then lower them? When that means you could have to begin with?

However, when it come to the table side service once you have ordered from the counter the surprising energy and attention to detail that Sammie provides will make any guest feel special like they are the only person that matters. My hat is off to this superior service and good home made Italian specialties....
