Mickey's Ice Cream Kitchen & Space — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

We had my daughter’s 2nd birthday at Mickey’s and it did not disappoint. I called the shop to check the date and Brendan called me within an hour to talk availability and details. Later, we communicated everything through email and responses were very quick. Brendan was very accommodating and helpful. As a working mom with a newborn and toddler, his “not a problem” attitude REALLY went a long way. When we arrived with our decorations, their employee Eve was ready to help with set up and knew exactly what to do without asking. The party ran very smoothly. The party was 1.5 hours and included pizza, craft and ice cream. I was able to spend the time interacting with guests because Eve had EVERYTHING under control. I really can’t speak enough about how smoothly the whole party process ran. PS can’t speak enough about Eve. We hosted a birthday party at Mickey’s for our twin five—year-olds and couldn’t have been any happier. The staff members at Mickey’s were warm and welcoming throughout the duration of the party and actively engaged the 16 children Ranging in ages from 3 to 5 years old with no difficulties. They were accommodating for siblings and parents, as well as kept age-appropriate activities moving along at all the right time. No other way to describe it then a well-oiled machine at a very reasonable price! The ice cream was delicious as always and the atmosphere Fun and chill. Our five--year-olds, as well as ourselves, could not have been any happier. Had my daughter’s 2nd birthday party at Mickey’s. Easiest birthday party planning process ever! Brendan was so easy to work with and accommodating. Got catering from the pizza place next door which was delicious. Barrett and Lydia were amazing day of making sure I was set up and had everything I needed for a great party. They organized the food, did a craft with the kids and took a group picture of us before the party was over which was such a great idea. Place was clean and adorable. And the ice cream…. some of the best I’ve ever had!! We got a small ice cream cake to take home which was so delicious. Some of my guests even bought things out of the case to take home and enjoy later. Such a great party! Birthday...
