Visiting Starbucks Sunday 9/17
I asked in my drink to please put oatmeal, milk or almond milk. It wasn’t a problem with the drink. It was the young girl that said I owe $90 I said no I’m getting a small Frappuccino it’s not nine dollars she said it again so I asked for the manager so the man manager comes over in a rude attitude first to me and said she didn’t say that I said again yes she did He was rude. He was disregarding my complaint, and he was annoyed with me, walked away in a hurry and said I’m on break and he wouldn’t give me his name. Who talks like this I will call another manager there or the corporate headquarters. He shouldn’t be working there There’s no customer service no professionalism not being polite and sarcastic 😠 I asked him his name I’m on break he said and hurried and walked away very upset It was so strange.
He totally doesn’t deserve to be a manager and also he should have a name tag on You are representing Starbucks and you certainly...
Read moreThis place definitely has a hard working staff! They are always slammed and maintain a cheerful and polite demeanor. The parking lot is way too cramped and a hazard on a very busy street. The bit of grass on the right would be better suited as an entrance for those who want to park. Most of the staff is excellent!

Mistakes happens, but a repeated refusal to accept blame because you know you'd have to make it again if I pushed the challenge is getting a bit tiresome considering the price of drinks. I'm sure this also stresses her coworkers who I've seen remake drinks for her before. I'm not sure why this individual seems to not get retrained or corrected, but as a woman with years of experience managing in various fields, it would be best to do a...
Read moreIf I could give this place a zero I would . We waited for almost 10 minutes without being acknowledged or served . When I said to my husband that they should have someone greeting the customers in the store instead of focusing only on drive through customers, an irate woman leaped up from staring at her cell phone with her feet up on the chair. She angrily said “Ok Ok i’ll end my break early and help” When I told her I wasn't speaking to her She started yelling at us - I asked for her name she said it was “Maddie” who claims she is a manager- She was so loud angry and volatile we ended up walking out as did the poor gentleman in back of us- This store needs a new manager and some serious training in how to treat customers . . An absolute disgrace to Starbucks - Will be following up with a call to...
