Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

Employee training is very inconsistant at this location. Recently when I order the lunch deal there seems to be an issue. Today and my last visit I tried to order the lunch deal and was told that it is online only, and they can't bring it up in their system. After a little back-and-forth, they gave me the deal without ringing it up properly on my last visit. Today I ordered the lunch deal and was told again that it was online only. I know this is not the case because I ordered the exact same lunch deal at least 4 other occasions at this location and was rung up properly with the deal and no issues. I did not want to argue with the employee today and I did not want them to do me any "favors" so I left without ordering. The food at this specific tim Hortons is great like every other but the service here is abysmal. Not only is the service poor but so is the attitude of the employees, I've gotten multiple eye rolls and even been yelled at telling me "that's not what you ordered" after specifically saying my order 3 separate times and they still seem to mess it up. Now I'd understand maybe if there was a line and multiple orders but more often than not it's literally just me there. This most recent time I had to go back twice because they messed up a sandwich even after I brought it back which I find to be quite ridiculous. Extremely low quality food. I used to be a regular at the deli before it was under new ownership and I came back around to give this new place a try. I was unpleasantly surprised that the girls that worked at the old place had been replaced by workers that seem annoyed to see me every time I’m there…workers walked right past me at the counter… With the terrible service and donuts that taste like they are days old I will not be back to this so called “café and bake shop”. Bolla destroyed this place. Have workers going on about "fresh" donuts as other employees are walking across the store holding what looks like frozen donuts.
