Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I keep giving this location chance after chance and I am continually disappointed, even if some of the blame belongs to DoorDash. On multiple occasions I've had 1) chips missing, 2) order never arrives but the app says it was delivered, 3) the bag was opened or tampered with, or 4) the food just wasn't fresh. I've had Chipotle in other areas where the food was noticeably fresher (crispy green lettuce and veggies, chicken tasted like it just came off the grill). Something about this store does not sit well with me, pun intended. No more. Going to stick with Pete the Greek if I ever need food delivered to work.

Edit: AS I WAS WRITING THIS my delivery came (see picture) and once again WITHOUT the chips I paid for and a bag that leaked and ripped onto my desk. Now I have yet again to go to Chipotle's website to ask for a refund for the chips. I don't want the $2+ back- I just want the food that I ordered so I can enjoy my meal. So I’m a die hard Chipotle fan for years now and have never before posted a review on any of their locations, but I feel this calls for it and hopefully management can review! What is up with the guacamole at this location?? I received spoiled Guac 2-3 times already on different days in my delivery order. Today I decided to go in and order myself to look at the Guac before paying $3 for it and what do you know ?? brown Guac again behind the counter ! Went in today Jan 25 2023 at 1:15pm to get a grilled chicken burrito bowl and the Mexican or Spanish girl who was on her cell phone texting before I got to the counter to order fixed my bowl , barely put any rice in which I asked her to add more and hardly no chicken in the bowl but I did not say anything about the chicken, I told the cashier she barely put any chicken in my bowl and he stated he was sorry about that !
