Buck's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Sullivan

I'm only giving this restaurant 2 stars. I had ordered ahead and was told about 45-1 hour ok no problem. Went to pick up my food was told another 10 mins for my sausage bread ok a little upset but what's another 10 mins,I've waited this long. Went back to check on my order after 10 mins was told another 10 mins and that they haven't even started the sausage rolls yet. At this time I was very upset and you could see it on my face. The lady said "sorry we're being slammed right now!" and walked away, ok I get it BUT I called and hour ahead and now waiting almost an hour and half for my pizza, antipasto and two sausage rolls. Now in the history of ordering pizzas I've never waited this long. After picking up my food finally, which it was good I'll give them that! I got home and noticed I had no dressing for my antipasto and no sauce for my rolls. Very disappointed! I think they need to prioritize a little better, get a system for themselves. Organization is key to running a business. So if you order from here on a Friday make sure you do it 2 hours ahead and be prepared to...

Food is good, but not perfevtion. We are disappointed every time we order. I specifically ask for extra sauce on the wings and get dry wings every single time. Like literally no sauce on them. The one time I complained about it they stated "we go light on the sauce because customers complain that it leaks in their cars." Obviously if I ask for extra sauce I'm not going to complain if it leaks. I order extra pizza sauce on the side, paid for said sauce and still never receive it. I'm mean it's $0.50 but when someone wants a sauce on the side it's because they like to dip their pepperoni rolls. I wish I could share photos of the wings, it's like they just took them straight from the fryer. First time trying Buck’s Pizzeria and for sure won’t be the last! Everything from the phone call ordering to picking up my food was pleasant! The woman who answered the phone was so sweet and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The man who cashed me out while my wings were being tossed was also very personable. Only a 30 minute wait for pickup on a Friday night, impressive! Pizza is delicious and they top with a generous amount of cheese! I didn’t even have to ask for my wings to be crispy they just were (a perfect wing in my opinion) even with a nice coating of their delicious sauce(s)!
