amazing Custard & love the staff & well kept, i enjoy my visit every time. update only 4,would of been 5 but the comments very rude. there was a big mistake leading to some personal troubles but it was tooken care of quickly with no issues. My first review was 5 update to 3* with the mistake. updating my review again with 4*. As people should. Reviews are ment to give others an idea of your existence good or bad! But i have to say the comment here is extremely rude. To answer, the store was closed an the fallowing day i immediately contacted the online chat offered, due to the hour, i didn't hear back for a handfull of hours an in that chat i was VERY UNDERSTANDING! Saying it was a simple mistake of an 8 being accidentally added to a 18.99 order charging me 189.98$ an it was again tooken care of quickly. i always update my reviews. No need to ... GET UPSET. I dont lie in my reviews. SIMPLY just posted my existence. I love love visiting brockports location. Once almost every week.dont loss customers with a temper.The Custard is amazing as well as the staff.
I also tell like everyone ik to go an give it a try an have brought some friends with me on my vist. I buy 5 chocolate frozen bananas, strawberry sunday an a pint everytime. Trying to get the refund for the one they mistakenly charged me for was like pulling teeth and then they got it wrong on top of it. By the time they came around to making the Sundae, I received a small when I ordered a large. When I told the cashier she gave me incorrect change back, she just shrugged her shoulders and said so? When the shift manager came to take over the transaction, I had to explain to her how to make the correct change. In the end, I got my Sundae, albeit the wrong size. Oh, the clerk never made the sundae, the manager had to do it. The clerk decided to go hide in the back until I was gone. So I still technically didnāt get my moneyās worth even with my refund because they didnāt give me as much product as I ordered. Will not be going back. Sad, because in the summertime we like to stop and give them...

I do understand Abbots serve soft icecream , but come on...the icecream was melting down the sides as I paid for our order. What really made me want to leave a review is the fact that no one serving wears a mask or gloves, In 2021 when Covid is still a thing. I dont care if they are vaccinated or not seeing as how people who are vaccinated are still catching it AND doesnt have to show symptoms to be positive. One girl handled money and then went straight to the cooler to prepare a cone š³. Money,..bills and coins, the most dirtiest thing in the world.When I mentioned it they gave me attitude as if I offended them but continued on and only put 1 glove on.
