Wish there was a zero star option. My fiancé and I met 2 of his kids out at this restaurant on Monday night. The place was a little busy but we decided to stay… after 10 minutes of not even being acknowledged my fiancé waved to the bartender and she screams out give me a minute I’m alone.. ok that’s fine we understand that. We waited another 10 minutes and she comes over my fiancé says why are you alone we felt invisible as he chuckled because we were trying to make light of the situation.. she grabs the menus and says goodbye you can leave. Really? That’s awesome customer service! We brought it to the attention of the manager on duty and of course she had the same attitude. Now there were people that walked in after us and were greeted and at least given drinks before this girl even let us know she was alone. I work in the service industry so I know without a doubt that busy or not at least let potential customers walking in the door that you will be with them soon. We ended up finding a fabulous place to go eat after that experience and will never step foot into a Bill Grays again. I will definitely let my customers know about my experience and hope they don’t waste their time or hard earned money on that place. It’s sad that a business would employ such trash but with the way things are going now that’s all they can get. I’m sure this post will be taken down because the business doesn’t want anyone to hear bad experiences but DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go somewhere else.. find a cozy place that wants...
Read moreToday at 2:20 I arrived at Bill Grays to order two cheeseburgers a fry and milkshake I waited in line for a couple minutes and then was waited on by a young lady At first she rang up the order incorrectly which she corrected After waiting 20 minutes and five customers receiving their food who ordered after me I spoke to the manager behind the counter I explained I’d been waiting about twenty minutes and a number of other customers who arrived after had already been serve but my food hadn’t arrive The girl who took my order yelled that it was 2:43 and I’d only been there ten minutes I replied no I’ve been here 20 minutes and something must be wrong She basically told me I was a liar and then looked on the food ready platform She grabbed my food and asked for the pager that never went off I told her my food had been sitting there for some time She restated I’d only been there ten minutes and by this time it was 2:50 The whole time the manager never said a word I was expecting a comment like don’t argue with a customer or provide some courtesy to me A big nothing Not customer oriented nor professional just plain rude

Read moreWe try time and time again to give this location a chance and I'm over it. The place is always disgusting no matter how empty or how busy they are or how many employees they have. There are multiple employees that literally just stand there doing absolutely nothing. The wait, again no matter how many employees, how slow or how busy they are, is always 25+ minutes, and while standing there waiting every single person is complaining about the wait, service and lack of cleanliness of the location. The employees are rude and have no personality. They cram multiple meals into one box and even if you have 2 or more boxes you have to ask for a bag for carry out. That should be an automatic. Tonight we got fish fries and this is by far one of the most disgusting fish fry I've had in my life. Pretty much positive the fish is no good. Mine is slippery and salty. Not like added salt but like swallowed old warm ocen water salty. My husband's is dried out and not as salty tasting, but not like a fresh fish taste.
