Workers are usually super rude, it's super slow, and my easy order is messed up a lot and i've been ordering the same thing for years. I was here the other day and I was AT THE PLACE WHERE YOU SAY YOUR ORDER, and i waited there for 23 minutes. That's right. (I was desperate for coffee). And this is after someone in front of me had also left after a few minutes of nobody even asking for their order. So I go in to see whats going on (mind you there was nobody in front of me) and i wait another 6 minutes to be served before the manager I presume angerly whispers to a worker to come serve me, I told them about my wait and they ignored it taking my order where im told theyre out of most stuff so I leave and go to mcdonalds where within 5 minutes I have my delicious breakfast and coffee and im back on the road. Read moreI ordered a matcha latte today at this location. What a mistake. Due to the commercials, I was really looking forward to trying it. I got it in the iced variety. However, that was obviously the wrong choice because when I got my drink, I realized with the insane amount of ice the cup, there was barely room for the actual drink itself that I ordered and paid money for. I realized that I paid almost five dollars for a cup of ice. It took five sips (I counted) and the drink was entirely gone. All I was left with was a full cup of ice. I feel like I got screwed and robbed for my money. Who pays five dollars for a cup of crushed ice? I still feel like I have yet to try the actual drink that I wanted. Waste of money and time. Whoever made that drink needs to be fired for serving cups of ice to customers when I could have just had ice water for free at home from reusable ice trays. Ridiculous. Will not go back. Read moreI’ve had so many miserable experiences with this Dunkin’ Donuts that I have only myself to blame for continuing to give them my money. They’re constantly out of things, most notably eggs for breakfast sandwiches. This is somewhat perplexing for a chain that specializes in breakfast foods. They also routinely screw up my orders (croissants and English muffins are pretty easy to differentiate, folks) and half the time don’t give you napkins or they’ll crumple one up and bury it at the bottom of the bag. On my most recent visit I sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes only to reach the speaker and be informed that they weren’t serving food because they were too far behind.
