I enjoy the food at Wendy's and have rarely had issues with the food not being fresh. I always have to check my order before leaving the drive thru because it has become consistent with an item not customized as order and/or missing items. This is frustrating for the customer and the workers. I would rather wait a bit longer while an employee double checks that the order was done right and that it is complete. Customer service has become pretty bad. Every once in a while, I'll get someone who is cheerful and cares. There are often no apologies for when your order is wrong. An employee at any establishment should thank the customer for the time they have spent waiting. Excellent customer service at many places seems to be a thing of the past. It's too bad because it does make the employees and customers'day more pleasant. With that said, the employees are all over the place trying to keep up with such a fast paced environment. I do feel for them. I am not sure how Wendy's are to be run or how management is but something needs to change. Most people will understand if the wait time will be longer due to being understaffed (example). It does seem it's becoming more common for employees not to be valued by the company they work for. I do thank the employees for their hard work in providing food for other workers on their lunch break, families, and so on. They are appreciated. It would be great to see happier employees and...
Read moreI realize that "things happen" and there are things that are beyond anyone's control, but the past 2 times I have been to/through this Wendy's has been less than satisfying. Several months ago, we went to get Wendy's and the drive-thru line was very long so we went inside. Big mistake. We, among several others, waited for a VERY long time to A. get our order taken and B. have our food given to us. At least 2 people had been forgotten entirely. By the time we got our food (to go) it was all cold. Fast forward a couple months, and I decide to stop at the same store. I ordered & paid via the app, get to the speaker to be told "our app interface isn't working, can you come inside?” sigh I go inside, and there's 1 woman waiting for her order, a mom with her kids at the register to order, and NO ONE is at the counter. Finally after SEVERAL minutes, someone comes out, takes care of the mom, and then has no idea what I'm talking about with my "online" order. Staff doesn't talk to each other??? After waiting over 15 minutes, a manager(?) comes out to tell me the app isn't working, the corporate office knows, and the best they could do is have me cancel the app order. Didn't even offer to take a new order from me, but no thanks anyway. I cancelled the order and walked out. Wasted a lot of time for no reason, and nothing to show for it hahahaha. I guess I'd be thinking twice before going to this particular...
Read moreI used to work here and management is absolutely terrible. They trash talk employees, Krystal is constantly putting workers down while her sister Jessica abuses her power to yell at people and even got to the point she started a rumor that I exposed her breaking the rules by dating another member (which I never even knew about) and then I saw my hrs drop from 40 to 20 then 16 hrs even though I was there working hard for them every day. The place is pathetic and hopefully muy burger notices how badly the customers and workers get treated there. Unless you want a messed up order after a 15 minute minimum wait I'd reccomend even the Crosby's next door over this terrible service. I love Wendys when customers and workers are respected and treated well but unfortunately Brockport Wendys is the opposite. One last thing krystal has her workers call and give perfect reviews to try making the place look good. She's had me do it and says with all the negative posts and reviews she needs the helps which now I wish I never did for her. Good luck if you do go here and I'd highly reccomend checking your order...
