07/27/2025 - These people really suck at their jobs lmao- it’s so sad. Spoke to a manager and she said she couldn’t do anything for me since I had half my order missing and I’m starving. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE DONUTS??? Also I put in the CONTACT me if there was any issues- her excuse is the dasher took the food too quick???? More like you guys weren’t paying attention. Your Sunday crew SUCKS. On top of that my Matcha latte wasn’t even mixed up, like even I know you mix drinks in the blender before adding it to the cup with ice.
Update 02/08/2025: I have encountered a certain problem with orders, specifically the mix-up between whipped cream and cold foam. Initially, the staff asserted that I was unaware of the difference, and subsequently questioned my employee who I had sent out to grab the order, about milk varieties after I selected oat milk due to lactose intolerance. My employee, who did not place the order and is not lactose intolerant, was understandably perplexed when questioned about the milk. As someone who is familiar with the differences between cold foam and whipped cream, I can confirm that both contain dairy. However, the primary distinction lies in the base ingredient: heavy cream for whipped cream and low-fat or non-fat milk for cold foam. This distinction is crucial for me, as heavy cream has a more pronounced effect on my stomach. Furthermore, the textures of the two are distinctly different, with whipped cream being dense and thick, while cold foam is light and frothy. It is disappointing that the staff does not seem to see these differences and becomes defensive when corrected. I discarded the wrong order after I took the side by sides.
Ordered 3 drinks, 3 donuts, and a thing of hash browns. I had sent someone out to grab the order and when they came back I realized they messed up my part of the order (it was a group order). My hash browns were missing and my matcha latte had whipped cream on top when I asked for cold foam. I called and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and was able to correct the two issues. The first photo is the first drink that was wrong and had the whipped cream in it, the second photo is the correct one with the cold foam, third photo is both side by side (left cold foam, right whipped cream), and the fourth photo is a close up of the whipped cream. You can clearly tell one is cold foam by the lightness of it and the bubbles, and that the other is whipped cream because it’s dense and “Ice cream” like. All in all I’m glad the issue was taken care of promptly and respectfully and I’ll be happy to continue...
Read moreI would absolutely not recommend this Dunkin Donuts several occasions I've gone into Dunkin Donuts to have several drinks made mostly iced coffees or iced lattes the staff there while they are friendly and they smile they cannot seem to get an order right even if it's just one iced latte they can't get it right even if it's just one iced coffee they still can't get it right and when you going to complain whoever's there has an attitude dysfunction take for instance tonight I stopped into my local Dunkin this local Dunkin Donuts to get one medium decaf caramel craze iced coffee was whipped cream and what did I get well I had to pull up for 20 minutes and we from the make decaf not a problem I'm glad they were actually making it with decaf this time that's a bonus in its own right but when they made it they made it with no caramel craze no whip cream and when I walked in to let them know that they had made a mistake there really really heavy set girl with brown hair look directly at me turn around and went back to doing what she was doing and ignored me she finally motion for the girl who was working on the drive-through the skinny girl working on the drive-thru the, assist me the gentleman behind the counter the Barista was making several drinks for the drive-thru but the girl that had nothing to do but wash down the sink did nothing to help me except for ignore me and when I mentioned that she had ignored me she done decided to talk back to me I honestly feel that girl should not be working with the general public and that she should probably be fired for her attitude me as a customer I don't give a d'etude unless I'm giving attitude first it was somebody ignoring me yeah I'm sorry but I'm not exactly going to be the nicest customer in the world hopefully I get a phone call back from Nelson the regional manager who I did leave a message with I hopefully this helps other customers and not choosing this Dunkin Donuts for their coffee take the extra ride go down Albany Avenue to the other Dunkin Donuts they 99.9% of the time get the order right is that 1% that you might not get the order right this one it's about 10% of the time they get the order right and it's wrong wrong wrong wrong so if you're looking for a place to go for coffee go to the other Dunkin Donuts or hey just go to Starbucks and pay an extra dollar at least the order we made right...
Read morei’m not really one to complain about fast food because i 100% understand the stress, but in this situation it’s necessary. me, my mother and my grandmother came to this dunkin’ donuts and ordered 3 coffee’s, and an avocado toast. while ordering, we were being extremely rushed, and we kept getting interrupted mid-sentence. upon arriving at the window, we were not greeted… and the food was being shoved at us. we had to ask for the essentials such as napkins and straws ( for an iced coffee ) , and the workers didn’t say a single hello. they were rushing to the point where they didn’t inform us which drink was which, and they ended up spilling coffee all over us. there was no please, no thank you, or have a nice day. not one word besides telling us how much we owed. and we are not used to this form of treatment from ANY dunkin establishment in the ulster county area… or any dunkin at all! we will not be returning. we visited at around 12:30 on...
