We were to only people in the place . The 2 staff seemed like they were in there owen world. When the first walked in the one employee said do you know what you want or do you need a minute. Said we need a minute. Then we kept trying to make eye contact and even stepped up to the counter. Now we're trying to figure out why they won't even look at us. Then we finally placed our order. One smoothie came out. By this time there were other customers but now I'm noticing they're getting stuff before our second smoothie came out. The website and the door says closes at 9. There were other people trying to get in and it was about eight 0 clock the doors were locked. There were several sets of customers trying to get in kept circling the place looking in the windows waving at the employees. My date wasn't even done with her smoothie while we're sitting in there talking. The girl looks over at us and in a rude way says excuse me but you're gonna have to leave because we're having issues with all these people seeing you sit here trying to come in. A mythology was why are they not coming in. Are you open till 9 I said. That's for our drive through our lobby closes At eight. So I was relieving my date looks at the door and it clearly just states you're open till 9. So you're still making stuff for the drive through but you're turning away multiple customers trying to get in. Had I known when your lobby closed at 8 I would never wasted my time going in. Ironically there was like 50 people at the ice cream stand across the street and I thought it'd be quicker to go into the empty Smoothie King but now I know why it's empty. I would have got ice cream quicker in the line of 50 people than I got my smoothie At the empty smoothie place. Her approach sucked it was rude that unlocked just as far as I'm concerned and if I wasn't with a date I would a letter have it verbally. I'm sorry I walked into Smoothie King and cause you such issues by trying to finish my smoothie in your lobby after I gave you my business because you had issues where all the people circling your place looking in the windows. Evidently they must also although it closed at 9 2 or they wouldn't have bothered trying to come in. If your lobby closes it ain't you want to put a bigger sign somewhere so people can actually see it and know it before they waste their time. I will never ever go back into that place ever again. The only time that girl took a break from her phone conversation was to rudely tell us that we had to leave those were causing issues by dining in your establishment. And you can check the camera footage if you're the owner or a manager. It happened June 19th around 8 o'clock ish. You can see how long we stood there watching your employees ignore us and then finally getting one smoothie and asking where the other 1 was that she had to make. Then you can see the people waving in the windows that upset her evidently and you can listen to her tell us that we had to leave. I don't need some Jack a* whatever the hell she was telling me who's an adult that I'm causing issues sitting there peacefully drinking to smoothie...

However, on Tuesday, January 2nd, myself and two others went to this location at 8:45. This was 15 minutes before the supposed closing time, 9 p.m. we had purposely cut our workout short so we would be able to get there not at the very last moment. However when we approached the automated message played and no one answered after. We had saw an employee behind the counter as we were pulling up, and then when we realized no one was going to help us and left, they came back out from wherever they were hiding to continue closing I would assume. Tonight, we went and were greeted very solemnly by the employee. When we asked for the specifics of our drink they would respond with audible sighs before speaking and sounded very short and irritated with our presence being there.
