Had BJ's put on the first set of new tires on our car Paid over $1000 for the tires and they gouged the rims all 4, 2 of the 4 tires wouldn't hold air. after speaking with managers and everyone finally I went to corporate. I took the car back and it took two hours to fix one leak thats how badly they damaged the rim and they damaged it again during the repair and didn't admit to it they then told me they took care of everything. Not even 2 days later the other tire i already complained about was still leaking. I had to schedule another visit because they never addressed that tire leak. What I thought was their insurance company I found out it was a risk assessment company and now the over $3k in rims that were damaged their corporation has black balled my phone number the assessment company has also not taken my calls (sedwick) and if I was thinking of getting new tires it definitely wouldn't be here. The risk assessment is they won't pay for the damage and have not offered any compensation. They have totally screwed up my renewal and created a second account that is no longer connected to my b j's credit card. I sent an email for them to fix it. I get an email telling me to talk to somebody else at a different number. Absolute worst customer service ever ever! Which is the b j's credit cardSo disappointed with Bj's. Thought I'd be replacing Sam's Club, because you got the fuel station with a good discount. But looks like I won't be renewing. Never have enough cashiers. We don't want to be forced to check out our own products! And then the solution is to have the self checkout associate offer to run the self check out for us??? What? Read moreTerrible customer service. I’ve been a member for years and decided to visit the Johnson City location as they had a few items in inventory that I was not able to get in Oneonta. Purchased an order including totes using curbside. The employee brought totes without lids to my car. I refused the purchase, which she said she would refund when she returned inside. I called after driving home because I didn’t see a confirmation email. Customer service left me on hold for 35 minutes only to tell me they can’t refund the totes I did not have in my possession. When asked to speak to a manager, they cycled me through the main phone menu and hung up on me multiple times by actually lifting the receiver and hanging up. I ended up calling BJs corporate to put a stop payment on my card but they were able to refund the totes instead. I will not be returning, I will no longer refer friends and family, and I’m considering canceling my membership. The employees in customer service should not be working directly...
