Awful employee. I asked for decaf, he just slowly shakes his head no. No explanation to be found. Just no. I ask for a blueberry muffin, he just slowly shakes his head no. Again, no words anywhere, wasn’t sure if he knew how to use them at this point. Keep in mind I ordered at the normal screen and had to double check myself that he heard me right at the window cause he yells out non-decaf to the coworker making it. Still not sure if he heard me or just didn’t care cause dude doesn’t feel like talking. Last Summer they had the most phenomenal crew on my coffee was on point every day and all actuality that's when I became addicted to Dunkin Donuts because the coffee was so so good they were kind they were quick they're friendly they would even bring out treats to my dog. I absolutely enjoyed going there but they have hired all new people and it went downhill it's just not the same everyday is inconsistent I actually don't go there very often anymore I'm sad that the old crew had to go or whatever I don't know what happened on I wish they would come back though I haven't had my coffee the same since it's always a long wait too especially during the middle of the day or...

It’s always a pleasure going to Dunkin and seeing Brittany. You truly notice when Brittany is working and how fast and efficient the team works together. Yes they may run behind at times but it’s understandable seeing as this location is located directly next to UE high school in which the entire store gets flooded with children early in the morning. Not an easy task to serve not only working America, but teenagers too. My suggestion for those who get angry that it takes extra time to make their coffee and their food is to plan your time better if you know the facility is going to be behind allow for an extra 20 minutes everybody’s working and working hard.
