I had the best meal ever at the Seasonal Pantry's supper club. I am wailing and gnashing my teeth because I waited so long to come here and now the Chef is leaving for Colorado. Woe is me.Why did I wait? Why did I put off eating the best made food on earth?! I am still thinking about the cauliflower panna cotta with cauliflower soup and cream/foam (no clue), topped with roasted garlic chips and dehydrated capers. Seasonal Pantry pretty much handles it all: it's a market where you can get meats, cheese, condiments, and prepared foods; it's a bakery because it offers delicious cookies and pies and galettes and other baked goods; and it's a restaurant because it has it's amazing supper club. Even for the amount you pay for the supper club, it is beyond worth the money because the food is always impeccably prepared and insanely delicious.
