C & D's Old World Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Warwick

Today I came in @10am for bagels. There was no one in front of me and no one behind me, it was quiet. Some workers were making sandwiches (probably phone orders). The girl behind the counter not busy, took slightly over 7 minutes to acknowledge me. There was very limited bagels, one plain which I had my eye on since I walked in, poppy seed and wheat. Maybe there were other choices ,but I didn't take notice. As I was waiting patiently for this girl to help me, another girl (employee) walks in and says, " hey, save me that last plain bagel" so now the girl behind the counter grabs it out and puts it to the side. Well, I end up getting one poppy seed and 2 hard rolls now. By this time there is about 5 people in line behind me. Service was terrible . Hard rolls were old, not fresh, bagel just ok. Not sure what was going on here today, but it was quite a disappointment. How could you be out of bagels 10am on fathers day no less! And employees need training in...

Extremely disappointed with the outcome of my order this morning. I ordered two sandwhiches, both meat/egg/double cheese hasbrown on bagels with salt pepper ketchup and a 16oz chocolate milk. The cost came to $28.83, I questioned the cost cause m/e/c w/hashbrown on a bagel is on the menu for 6.99 and if the cost was right for my order, to which a second worker agreed that the price was correct, so i blew it off, i get it prices are changing with the times, didnt wanna come across stingey. I get home to see my order slip in my bag said double egg, and they didnt add the salt, pepper ketchup on the paper slip either. Not to mention, this sandwhiches egg serving definately doesnt seem doubled. Ive been a patron of C and D's since I was a freshman in HS(about 15yrs) but after this, im just gonna take the trip out to bagel...

I understand inflation- I do. But do not charge me more and give me less. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and there wasn't enough cream cheese to even cover the bagel with a skim. And for $6 - it should be more than a skim. Also - it wasn't even cut which isn't the end of the world but after everything else that went wrong it was the last straw. Some other issues- I ordered a bagel with butter for my son and it was just thrown in the bag without any butter. Got 4 bagels total and every single one of them was tough and stale. And it took about a half an hour for the order to be ready. I went back and had the issues corrected but the young girls didn't offer an apology or an explanation just fixed it and handed it back. Very disappointing- not the C and Ds...
