I have been a supporter of COQ for several years now and I have never written a review so here it goes. I have gotten multiple astrology readings from Sydney, the owner, and they have been so spot on for me. She is very kind, open to hearing about experiences and giving insight from her professional expertise. The last reading I received from her was what prompted this review. It helped me tap into new energy in my life and really opened my mind to new things that I have been experiencing. Just went in today to purchase four specific crystals. The young male was very welcoming and very helpful, however the young red headed female I found was extremely rude. As she was speaking with me regarding a certain crystal she stopped mid sentence and asked me “to please put my mask down.” A little taken a back I repeated what she just said and she rudely chuckled and said “no I didn’t say that I said to put your mask up”. I can assure you my mask was up and video footage can more than prove that. The fact that this is supposed to be a sacred, welcoming space of all things metaphysical and harmonious and this was the treatment I received is not okay. My body, my choice. I understand covid can be extremely serious for many people but to look me in the eye and ask me to put my mask down (when she meant up) was completely uncalled for. She also had an attitude about her when I asked to have a purple little baggie to put my crystals in. Cute store The only problem that I have with it is that they don’t update their website regularly. Products on the shelves were not in the website and they direct you to a phone number to call or text for extra help. I wanted to go to their store, I set aside time in my day to go double checking, both the site said and Google said they were open. I called her store and their voicemail said that they were open- when we got to the store( 40 minutes away)- they were not open and we were promptly issued away. I wish they would keep up to date with their schedules so no one else wastes a trip.
