I called. They answered. I politely introduced myself by name asked who I was speaking to and did so twice. Woman would not tell me her name so I could properly address her so she hung up on me. because of that attitude, I have probably $10000 worth of clothes that have tags on them that are in mint condition and none of the customers will be able to appreciate those because whoever answered the phone is not polite and does not know how to provide excellent customer service.
