Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Washington

As ppl who work long late hours we are frequent customers of dominos. But no more!!! We ordered a pan pizza and it wasnt fully cooked. So we called the store to ask for the manager and the gentleman on the phone said she wasn't there but he was her assistant and could help us. (He could not help us) we told him that our pizza was raw...or at least not fully cooked. This guy then stated, "we don't serve raw pizza." Ok well this one is raw and you can have it back when u bring a new one then...no, we don't serve raw pizza. So we asked for his manager and were told she wasnt there but her name was Heather, the gm, and she would be there the following day. Well, after calling for 3 days to finally reach this GM of the dominos on London road in eau Claire Wisconsin.....my opinion of dominos and the ppl they allow to even own franchises went way way down.... The second she got on the phone and we started to explain what happened she said, stop yelling..first off my husband has a loud voice...it's normal and probably more so when upset but hey, your job is to be quiet and listen in order to help. So it was explained to her...im sorry I have a loud voice I'm not yelling at you. As he proceeded to try and tell his story I again heard her through the phone speak over him and tell him she want going to listen if he kept yelling at her. He then asked who her manager was and she replied with, I'll just put a credit on your account. Um ok if u want to go forit but we'd like to speak to your manager....she said I told u I'd give u a credit. again we explained the issue wasn't a free pizza it was the lack of customer service and how the issue was being handled...the manager then hung up on us. I called corporate and filed my complaint...while my husband called the other local store who was owned by the same person to try and get some help. This is where we found out that miss Heather is the owners daughter. We then decided to wait for the response from corporate we were promised. An hour later the police showed up to arrest my husband. Heather had called them and stated that he had threatened to cut the throat of the first gentleman he spoke to and had threatened her!!! Um WHAT!!!!!! NONE OF THIS EVER HAPPENED!!! The cops then asked for my husbands side which want the same as hers....the cop then went back to talk to her and was told a completely different story...to the same cop!!! Hmmmm After being completely shocked by the actions of this GENERAL MANAGER I called corporate back and was told the owner would connect me and I was given the owners office number. This number rang and rang and rang...no voicemail either. So I called the store and asked for the owners number and was given it. I nicely called him to explain the situation and was instantly confronted by a rude, argumentative man. ( I see where his daughter gets it from) he proceeded to tell me another fabrication of his daughter which again wasn't the same and hung up on me. I want ppl to know they have options...pizza hut, toppers, many of other local places too...but I urge you all to boycott dominos....its crazy how little...

I sent in my order online at 10:10pm. I ordered a pizza, pasta, cinnamon twists and 2 2lts of soda. My order was late and the only things delivered was the sauce of the pasta and half baked cinnamon sticks. The driver called to tell me he forgot the soda. I called the store to tell them that I was also missing my pizza. The driver returned with 20 oz. Sodas, but no pizza. I again called about my pizza. We opened up the pasta dish to find that there was only sausage and marinara sauce - no noodles! Then the cinnamon sticks were doughy. I again called and was offered a 5% credit on my $50 order. I was then offered a $10 in store credit. The reasons given: new staff, very busy, lost the receipt so they didn't know I ordered a pizza,... I was then offered a dessert, replacement pizza, switch of pasta and cinnamon twists and a free 2 ltr of soda. I recieved my pizza at 11:35 pm (over 1 1/2 hrs late) and the pasta at 11:55pm. I now have a credit in store that I don't think I'd use again and a "Sorry" card and my receipt they claimed was lost. It took 1 hr 55 min to get my order and for my time, the excuses I was given, the mess ups on their end, my company having to wait, the price I paid for the food and delivery... I don't plan on using the London Square store again! We ended up eating mac and cheese only to have cold pizza and pasta tomorrow as they refused to refund my money and cancel my order the first...

This is the worst dominos. I end up with "free pizza" all the time from here because of their awful service. They routinely forget a drink and/or dip cup. The food is frequently cold. They mix up the crust vs toppings if you order more than 1 pizza. Wrong orders entirely. Uncut pizzas. Food poisoning because of them pushing through half cooked food in a rush to get it out. Today was a new one though, when I opened my pizza it was like someone shook the box and threw it onto the steps of my porch even though the delivery instructions say to place on table inside or porch because they never knock and their app doesn't update their location properly to let you know it's come. So pizza shaken up in a box, that's okay but when went to sort it out it was two different size pizzas. A large and medium... they didn't fit together. I called to complain about the discombobulated pizza in the box and they assured me "it wasn't dropped" (i wish i thought to take a picture of it) but then had no response to why the pizza wasn't uniform in it's proportions. I can't even think of a scenario where/why this would happen but it couldn't have been good. We didn't eat it, they offered to deliver another one but we passed... I couldn't imagine a...
