Terrible experience. Ordered breakfast using mobile app at 10:24am. Proceeded to the speaker and order board, sat and waited for at least five minutes, no one said anything through the speaker or acknowledge that we were there whatsoever, I saw the car at the next soeaker over pull up, so I thought maybe there was something wrong with the speaker we were at so I followed them up to the money window to tell them my order number there. Right away the woman opens the window snidely saying âwe donât have your orderâ. I said I have my order number and confirmation from the app that shows that I placed my order. She said âwell you didnât Wait for me to speak to you at the order microphone,â I said that we were sitting there for five minutes and no one said anything, she then said that well we are very busy up here so you needed to wait, I said I just drove up here after the car next to me just so I can let you know that I had a mobile order since no one was saying anything at the original order speaker, she said âwell thatâs not my fault, youâre gonna have to go back around the building and speak to me through the microphone,â I said well itâs not my fault either that you never acknowledged us so I drove up here, she proceeded to slam the Window closed And turned her back towards me for several minutes. She opened the window again, saying that it wasnât her problem that I didnât wait at the speaker, I said well itâs not our problem either, I just spent over $40 on food and now youâre telling me that I have to go get back in line in order to get it what Iâve already ordered and paid for. She then slammed the window shut again, then she was standing in there arguing with a manager for a few minutes and eventually the manager finally opened the window. I explained what happened, so then she proceeded to say well Iâm sorry, but itâs after 10:30am and all of the breakfast food has been thrown away. I said well what about my $40 she said well you can ask for a refund on the app. And that was it. Nowhere on the app did I see where to get the refund so I had to Google it to find out where to search on the app to put in for the refund, I finally was able to do it thankfully. I have never had such a lousy experience at a McDonaldâs or any other drive-through in my life. Usually, they are pleasant and kind, but this woman was just bitter from the start. Hereâs some advice, If you are so backed up that you donât have time to speak to the people waiting at the speaker, the least you can do is ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER! Simply greet them with a quick âgood morning, we will be right with you.â That way the customer doesnât have to sit there wondering what is going on.
Also, if 10:24am is too late to place a breakfast order, that should be stated on the app and the order should not...
   Read moreI'm SO annoyed by this McDonald's! Unfortunately, they're the closest one to me, but that's NOT always a good thing! This McDonald's isn't the worst location, but you HAVE to, HAVE to, without a doubt, CHECK to see that they've given the correct food! In the past year, out 10 visits to their drive-thru, they've given me the wrong order 7 times! YES, that's right, 7 times! Last night is the 7th time it's happened to me! I ordered something COMPLETELY different than what I came home with! As you can imagine, I was annoyed, angry, AND yet AGAIN, inconvenienced for the 7th time! However, the reason they got a 2-star review is because when I called them to explain what happened, for the 7th time, they DID tell me to come back to get the correct order. Otherwise, they would've gotten a 1-star review, for sure! The problem I see/or think is happening, they're in a rush, don't slow down to check for accuracy, and/or they plainly, just don't care! They have the potential to be a good place as the staff is decent and the food is good, but they NEED to pay attention WAY more...
   Read moreDrive through wait times seem to have increased greatly over the years. The food is only occasionally hot at best. The menu has included an item that has been out of stock for months and several lame excuses have been given as to why this item is no longer available but still listed as a regular item. We do not visit McDonald's regularly but when we do it is because we are extremely pressed for time and our child loves the hash browns. We tend to go to the drive through mostly and on our past few visits the person taking our order has been rudely asking, "is that it?" after every single item. What happened to the days of trying to up sell customers by asking, would you like a pie with that?" or fries, ice cream, gift card....anything really? Since the drive through has been so incredibly slow, please someone explain why the person taking your order feels they need to rush you on ordering!
