Dominick's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Wawarsing

I use to go here once a week. There are about 5 pizzeria places in Ellenville/Napanoch. I had only 1 bad experience. I ordered ahead of time, was told 25 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later. As I entered , they took my pizza out and put it on the top of the stove, boxed up. Said my chicken perm sub was coming right out. The one worker doing the register acted as if I did something wrong..lol. I quietly waited as others got their food. After 40 minutes , I asked her how much longer? ( the pizza on top was obviously cold by now) she said she would check and went inside where I couldn't see anything. After 5 more minutes, and my mother still waiting in the car, and having to get my boys... I had had enough. I asked the pizza maker if u could please just pay for the pizza because I had to go. He said he couldn't do the register. Seconds later the register girls came out for someone else. I asked her how much longer. I asked her if I could just pay for the pizza because I had to go. Her face became angry, she ignored me, and went back inside. The 2 guys next to me, looked at me. I told them that I had been there too long and had to leave. I told them I was gonna wait another 3 minutes and leave if I didn't get my food. I waited, walked out.. and went to Arrianas. I was in and out of there in 5 mi utes. This was a 1 time incident..i like the owners and some staff I know there from going there for years. But I haven't...

One Star is deserved based soley off of customer service..I explained to the young lady at the counter her outfit was not appropriate in a place where families come. I also stated she was a beautiful girl but no offense you shouldn't dress like that unless your off the clock....if you want a Hooters like environment than this place for you...Then I was charged $29 for a pie and beef patties out of spite "by mistake" she claims..how shady...pizza maker cursed me out and kicked me out stating I will not be served all because these girls need to learn a little bit more customer service and a back bone. Train your employees the way you want your business to look and feel and grow. Terrible Service will never come back and will be spreading the word...It only takes one bad Apple to...

There are more than a few places to buy pizza in Ellenville. Dominick's is by far the best. Their combination of crusty dough and sauce is the closest I have found to being true New York City (Brooklyn) pizza. Simply delicious. Also, their Wednesday pizza deal ($6.99) for a large chesse pie is unmatched. The ONLY issue I have is that if you buy a regular slice of pizza and compare it to a slice from their "large" pie, the single slice is much larger...I guess they have an extra large pie size as well...Other than that...it's the only place I will buy Pizza in Ellenville, NY...

And NOW they are open for breakfast. I haven't had a chance to try their morning menu but the price sure...
