Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Town of Webster

My fiancé and I went on a Tuesday. Which is buy one get one 50% off. When we ordered, at no point was that mentioned nor did we mention it. We ordered 15 a piece. We both also ordered different sauces. Well they came out with 30 and 30. We noticed after we ate a couple. We brought it to the servers attention and she said buy one get one. Well again it was never mentioned and we don’t need 60 wings. She said to not worry about it and then came back after 30 seconds and said her manager said to pull a plate and asked which one do we want to keep. Are you kidding? I honestly thought it was a joke, where I chuckled. It wasn’t so I gave my plate up. We ordered different sauces remind you, so I was stuck with something I didn’t order or wanted. I could see the manager at the corner of the bar the whole night. Excuse me, she’d walk into the kitchen for a few minutes and come back out to speak to what it appears to be a regular. Not ONCE did she come over to apologize or save face. I’m not in the business of getting free things but this wasn’t our mistake and you took the wings I wanted and ordered away and didn’t even have the decency to come over and say something. I’m a manager in the customer service industry and I don’t leave reviews as I know what it’s like to read one as a manger. However, my fiancé is a manager of a restaurant and she was disgusted. For her to complain says a lot. We attend this location on a regular basis but will not be back. And it wasn’t the server, but it’s the manager that really ruined the night. Buffalo Deep Weeds

After waiting three weeks for the dust to settle with the opening of this new location, my wife and I stopped in at the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Webster (NY) on a busy Friday night. Getting a table was fairly easy - we opted to sit outside because the multiple TV screens inside were overwhelming and uncomfortable to sit close to. And it was slammed.

It went downhill quickly from there. We ordered a sampler portion of wings which our waitress assured repeated over the next half hour would be right there. When they appeared, they were quite cold - like someone forgot to mention they were ready for pick up. The manager addressed our concern by bringing a huge basket of warm wings.

However, our entree orders arrived finally and were very much lukewarm. The fish tacos I ordered had a very "fishy" flavor for reportedly maui-mahi and my wife's chicken Caesar was tough and uninteresting compared to other local places.

The waitstaff service was mixed: our original waitress seemed to trying to cover a lot tables and sort of waved when she went by. A bus girl did a better job of watching us and responding to our requests. The manager made a cameo appearance but was clearly swamped with other items on his plates.

If i could do zero i would. Went this past Saturday. A party of 4. 10mins before anyone came over to seat us. 15mins till waitress came to take drink orders. She rolled her eyes multiple times at us and when my boyfriend asked if she needed I.D for beer she replied "i don't have time for that". Our order was wrong, fries were cold, no refills of drinks and pur food came out in 3 increments of 15mins apart, so we didn't even eat together. Boneless wings were horrible and Buffalo salad was just 2 small pieces of chicken tenders. Mother-in-laws order was wrong. Waitress gave attitude and never apologized. Went to 5 different tables before circling back to take her order, by this point we had all finished so she never ordered anything. Excuse from management was "short staff". Then don't take multiple bookings and tables if you can't cope. Also we witnessed 3 servers standing at the entrance doing nothing and never saw the manager doing anything till we asked to see him. Aweful service, staff with major attitude & bad food. Never going again. I don't post this lightly as I've worked in the service industry for over 20 years but this was the worst service i have ever...
