T.J. Maxx — Local services in Town of Webster

I went to TJ Maxx last night, I normally love going to this store! I had 2 shirts I picked out to try on.. 2!! The woman in the dressing room area told me I had to put both of my items on a rack for her to count, which while I was putting up there and asking why the change, she was rude and forceful by "helping" me put my stuff on the rack for her to count 2 items. Then she hands it to me, tells me to go to an open room, but then where you have to get through, there are 2 carts blocking the hallway- pinned against the corner and wall. No way of moving them. I'm not that small of a person, it was very uncomfortable to try to get through and she gave me a nasty look because i touched her carts trying to give myself the slightest inch. I came back out after trying on my 2 shirts. I had one in each hand. One I wanted, one I didn't. She then proceeded to take them both from me, and asked me which one I wanted. At that point, I really didn't want either one of them!! I took the one i wanted off her precious rack and walked away and continued shopping there. I do love this store... but I'm very turned off by the dressing room area now. I'm not sure I'll be buying clothing from here any more, as with my body type I have to try things on each time. If this whole count rack thing is a new TJ policy, that's fine... but make sure your employees handle it with...

I like the store. They sell Nature Republic skin care products. Awesome natural internationally popular Korean skin care products. Their men's department is not great, but I bought some basics. They need more fancy men's clothes. The store is clean. Nice staff. 12/31/19: the store was partly empty on the shelves. The small men's section was sadly lacking. No high end offerings at all! They need to step up their men's clothes offerings! 8/29/21: Sorely lacking men's posh clothes, but I did find 2 very soft stretchy PJ/house 🏠 joggers, so I bought them. 4/15/23: The toiletries section is great! The store is clean. Customers with their dogs 🐕 The employees are nice. 7/30/23: The store had DrJart+ Korean face mist! It's expensive at other fancy stores. I bought 2 almost half price! The men's department had a few nice offerings but they need to stock more of the higher class brands. The store was clean. The staff were friendly & helpful. 10/20/24: The store had much good stuff to buy. I was happy. They even had LeCrueset! 11/30/24: Nice...

I just witnessed this locations 'manager' chastise a woman returning with a reciept! The customer looked perplexed, and handled it well, but this middle aged manager(glasses,blonde dyed hair)had the nerve to point out the Camera directly to the woman and information on a item( that looked to me as cheap ) and tell her it wasnt tagged properly and she would send her back to store it was purchased at on reciept but since it's already returned by the new girl ..and on and on and on..and that she is "on camera" ..what was she implying?! it is NOT our responsibility as consumers to make sure your items are tagged appropriately! If we buy it wrongly tagged how are we to know! We spend our time and money at your stores and do not need to be RIDICULED in front of a line of customers. I wish I said something ! She should be let go! Absolutely terrible customer SERVICE. I will NEVER go back to...
