If you order ahead and don’t pick up at the time they say they’ll get annoyed with you. I placed an order on line it said it would be ready in a few minutes when I came in the owner (I think?)was training someone, I asked about my order he said it would be ready in a minute I saw him give the receipt to another girl so she could start it, I politely told him I had to go and would be back he told me again it would be ready in a few minutes but I had to leave, I came back a couple hours later and I could tell the owner was annoyed with me as soon as I came in he said”I told you it was only going to be a few minutes you couldn’t wait like 5 minutes?” I laughed it off thinking he was joking but he seemed actually mad, mind you this was about 30 minutes before closing so I don’t see why he would be so upset about it , he handed me the order I looked in the bag and asked could I get 3 spoons he said “aren’t there spoons in the bag?” And I said no he looked at his employee as if he thought I was lying the employee just handed me the spoons, the whole situation was weird and uncomfortable I don’t know what his problem was the employee was nice but I didn’t like the managers attitude I couldn’t even enjoy my ice cream a...

Read moreMy husband's birthday celebration was this past Sunday. We were excited to have an ice cream bar to celebrate. People came for the football game and to make Sundaes. I drove 32 minutes to get the ice cream pack. When I got home I realized that I was only given enough toppings for maybe 5 ice creams. The pack was for 20-25 people. I called the store 2 times to talk with a manager and was told they would call in an hour. Randomly my daughter had a party 4 minutes away. I went into the store to talk to the manager and was told that the manager was on vacation and that we would get a call Monday. No call. Today I got a $10 refund with no call. I spent almost $25 in toppings to make up for the mistake. It wasn't even the point of the toppings at this point. It is the lack of customer service and lies. Never again. It's to bad.
