Coliseum Pizza Roma — Restaurant in Town of Webster

This is the best pizza I have ever tasted. And that's saying something! The sauce is full of flavor, the crust has a fresh Italian aroma that reminds me of an authentic Italian bakery in the mountains of Cortina D' Ampezzo. The ingredients used are fresh and plentiful. And the best part....the owner fills the crust to within a half inch with these delicious ingredients...Just enough handle to hold your slice! So many times there is 2-4 inches of empty dough along the edges and especially rounding the corners... a great way for other places to skimp and save a buck. Not here. The consistency and toppings to edge ratio is perfect every time. 1/2" - 3/4". You know how most people leave the crust, especially kids? This is usually because there's no more sauce or toppings. You'll have very little Crust left with the Coliseum pie thanks to the ratio mentioned above. In fact, the crust is so good and full of flavor, you may not even have that left!

FEATURES: A flavorful FULL pizza, filled to the edges and a pie that fills the box. The sauce is fantastic and doesn't burn a hole in your chest if you eat your pizza after 8pm! (Anyone over fifty knows what I'm talking about!) The owner is friendly and accommodating. His main interest is his clients satisfaction. Refreshing. While some may think that accepting "Cash Only" for payment would be a Con, this keeps his overhead down and he won't be passing off Credit/Debit card service fees to his clients. This is happening everywhere now. This pizza is worth a trip to the ATM. Where are you going to find a Large pepperoni pizza with all the features I've mentioned for $16? Answer: You won't. In a word..."Superb!" Dare I say "Best pizza on the planet?" Highly recommended....

Horrible service. I was told my order would take one hour ...after an hour and ten minutes i called after the phone rang more then 10 times to be told it would be here in 10 more minutes. When the food arrived 40$ in food mind you it was cold and tasted aweful...plus we didnt get our 2 liter. I called back to relay this and a lady offered a 5$ credit towards our next order..considering we didnt get our 2 liter at all and the food was ruined..i said this is unacceptable. I was put on hold for atleast 10 minutes again and a manager who then said he was the owner refused to give me his name was very hateful to me. They had already been told im very sick and my husband was taking care of me. He said if you want my name look it up..refused to credit me even for my 2 liter said sorry you didnt like your food and hung up the phone. He also said he never quoted an hour when he took my order..even after i told him i record all my calls offered no resolve. As far as im concerned their food for the second time has been awful and now after asking the so called owner if this is how he does his customer service and him saying sorry about your luck. Maybe this place should be re-evaluated. I Ended up with food poisoning from their chicken the next day as well already ill from a brain tumor now I have food poisoning. I would not...

Just ordered 3 personal pizzas, 1 Pepperoni, 1 cheese, 1 beef. I go to pick up my order and notice that instead of a Pepperoni pizza they gave me a mushroom pizza instead, No biggie. I drive back to this hole in a wall shop and call to tell them the situation. It was the owner, this old woman with a limp and she was so RUDE/Disrespectful! She tells me that "im in the wrong and that i ordered mushrooms(FYI: I don't eat mushrooms) she tells me that she took my order and i never said pepperoni. She puts me on hold for like 5mins. She comes back and says in a very annoyed voice “i guess we can make you another one this time, but make sure you know what your ordering next time, cause you never said pepperoni!" she made it seem like it was a big deal to remake a order that she messed up on but i digress. At that point i was done, i told her" Don't worry about the pizza, and next time open your ears when a customer talks!" she told me not to order again and i said "gladly" and hung up. Do yourselves a favor and miss this dumpster of a place. Their pizza is a 5/10, unsanitary place of business & the owner takes NO ACCOUNTABILITY once so ever! They just lost a customer and will NEVER order from here again. I Advise evryone no matter how hungry you are STAY AWAY from this...
