Scottish Shortbread Company — Restaurant in Town of Webster

I tried their shortbread at the scottish games in Altamont and LOVED it! It's so tender and crunchy.

I didn't buy any extras at the games and regretted it, when I got home I ordered from their site. they first forgot one of my shortbreads, but when I emailed them they were so sweet and attentive - they sent me the missing shortbread + a gift and a nice card! Their packaging, outside of the cling wrap the cookies are wrapped in, is 100% plastic free, which I really appreciate.

Stopped in late on a Friday afternoon to buy some shortbread for a Mother’s Day gift. I purchased a box of toffee shortbread, and I noticed they also had signs for cinnamon pecan shortbread and cherry almond shortbread which they were out of. The friendly clerk said these varieties would be available the next day and offered to set them aside for me. I picked up both varieties the next day.
