Nestled in the vibrant heart of town, Hooligans Eastside Grill beckons with promises of hearty fare and lively ambiance. Stepping through its doors, I found myself immersed in a haven for food enthusiasts and sports aficionados alike.
The menu boasts an array of indulgent delights, but it was the Grilled Cheese Hamburger that stole the show. Nestled between two golden-brown slices of buttery bread, the succulent patty melded seamlessly with gooey cheese, creating a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. Each bite was a testament to culinary craftsmanship, leaving me craving more long after the plate was empty.
Accompanying the burger were a generous serving of perfectly seasoned fries, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. It was the ideal complement to the main attraction, adding a delightful crunch to every mouthful.
For those seeking variety, Hooligans doesn't disappoint. Their pizza selection is a testament to culinary creativity, featuring an array of toppings to suit every preference. From classic pepperoni to gourmet combinations, each pie is a work of art, baked to perfection in their wood-fired oven.
As I savored my meal, I couldn't help but appreciate the ambiance of Hooligans. The spacious interior provides ample room for gatherings of all sizes, making it the perfect destination for parties and celebrations. With an abundance of TVs scattered throughout the establishment, sports enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise, never missing a moment of the action.

Read moreWe stopped in for dinner Friday about 5pm and asked to be seated in the dinning room. The food was excellent, server was ok but the acoustics in the dinning room were terrible. When the live music started playing in the bar area I asked our server to kill the piped in music playing in the dinning room but instead only turned it down a few clicks. About ten minutes later a manager did turn off the music. Five minutes later a person from the kitchen turned the music back to the original volume again. I am sure the musician was offended to have conflicting music playing simultaneously as they were preforming their live set. My mom was extremely anxious to finish the food and leave since the dueling audio sources really bothered her since she uses hearing aids. I asked a hostess if she could again turn off the music in the dinning room but by then we were just anxious to leave so we had our food put in to go containers and then immediately left. It's doubtful we will ever return. It seems like the inmates were running the asylum on Friday night. I am wondering why a kitchen staffer would turn up the volume unless the music was piped in to the kitchen also. Perhaps a staff meeting to remind the help the only reason that they have a job is for the satisfaction of the customers and not their own personal pleasure. Food was excellent, prices fair $43+ $7 tip for three people. There seemed to be many families with children there early and I think it's a very nice place but my first experience there was awful. Our waitress was ok but did not memorize or know the daily specials or have the special sheet with her when she came to take our order, she could not or would not name the sauces for the chicken wings and just pointed to them on the menu. She either needs more training or an...
Read moreUnfortunately, tonight was the 3rd strike for our local favorite spot. When we dine in, aside from a minor forgotten side or substitution which gets handled quickly by the waitress, we have no issues. The problem has been with our take-out orders. The same issues and then some: forgotten substitutions (we subbed ranch for the typical blue cheese with wings....an up charge we have no issue paying because their ranch is delish!), wings were not crispy as ordered and the buffalo chicken salad that COMES with ranch had blue cheese. One could even conclude that they just subbed the ranch from the salad to our wing container and swapped the blue cheese over to the salad. Here is the kicker, I called to explain the situation, while the young girl on the phone was extremely apologetic she seemed to not have the authority to issue any sort of compensation or solution. I was placed on hold for 3 minutes and was told the manager was too busy to speak to me(doing what I'm not sure because when we went to puck up the order 5 minutes prior there was MAYBE 15 people in the entire restaurant) I have over 35 years experience in the food industry and understand mistakes happen; but solutions always need to be offered and the fact that I was brushed off makes me wonder if that is why on a Thursday, during football season, the place was empty 🤷♀️. It's upsetting to know that take-out orders aren't shown extra care and consideration given that people drive to their establishment then back home after ordering; patrons expect their orders to be correct. But apparently, given the history of our take-out orders being incorrect numerous times, they just don't care about their customers unless they have to look them in the eye when they...
