Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Webster

The employees are very unfriendly and the coffee is made different every single time. I don’t remember the last time I got a good, consistent tasting coffee from here. I went tonight after a very long day and was so excited to try the fall menu. I was greeted at the drive through with a very annoyed tone right away. The drive thru worker seemed angry and not wanting to help the whole interaction. Then i get to the window , and my coffee was very dark. I asked for a few creams on the side so i can just add them myself (even though my coffee was supposed to have 3), and there was another worker that had the same demeanor. They didn’t say hello when i got to the window and didn’t say a single thing when i asked for the cream or when they handed them to me. Just handed them and walked away. It was a very awkward and unpleasant experience. Not only as a worker, but as a human being it’s so important to have the quality of just being kind. People go to grab coffees for numerous reasons, most often just a pick me up. Being encountered with experiences like this or horrible tasting coffee...

I live near this location and go here all the time. I've been to a LOT of different Dunkins, and this one is very speedy in their service, plus they get my order correct far more often than anywhere else! On the rare occasions that they do make a mistake, I can come back on my lunch break (4 whopping hours later) and they will remake it for me with no hassle, as long as I remember the receipt and give them the messed up drink back (even if I drank part of it). Anytime I order munchkins they throw in a few extra, and if we are lucky with timing sometimes they'll throw in a free donut with our drinks towards the end of the day. The staff is beyond friendly, and over the summer one girl was able to take one look at me and remember that I get liquid sugar in my iced coffee instead of regular sugar!!...

Came in 1/27/15 at about 9am and ordered a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. It was not busy at all- there were maybe three other customers there and they already had their orders. About 20 minutes pass, no bagel. I go up and show my receipt, they assure me I'll get it soon. A couple minutes later I am handed a bag with a bagel twist in it, which is not what I ordered and not what was on the receipt. I tell them this and the girl looks at me like I have two heads. Finally about an additional ten minutes after this the manager comes out with my bagel. Through all this I was polite and my voice and tone were even. I did not get a single "sorry," an offer to return my money, or get something free. Pass on this location- rude, incompetent people...
