T's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Webster

This is the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks we have tried to order food for the office from this place. The phone rings and rings then a mechanical voice says to enter our remote access code or the ring goes immediately to a fast busy signal. This place CLEARLY is not remotely interested in to-go orders. If they are unwilling to answer their phone or take phone orders then they really should remove their phone number from their website. This business has missed out on an entire office of orders three times in the last two weeks. Personally, I'll never waste my time again, no matter how "good" the food is supposed to be. I have been a resident in Webster for over 10 years and I always come to this restaurant. Today was not a good day. The owner Mr. Tt⭕️ was very rude he would not even come out and speak to me about the food. The food was under cooked and I did not want it. He refused to take any food off of my payment so I asked for my food to be remade over, because I refuse to pay for food that I could not eat so my food was done over and brought back out to me. My mother did not eat anything off of her plate, but she asked for her food to be remade over in Mr. Tt⭕️ the owner said he refused to make any other food over this has never happened before. One of my top five diners to go to! Service is always great, even though they are busy! Their menu is the bomb! Coffee is good and they have fancy creamers! French vanilla and hazelnut! They always have good specials and have a unique variety. Great location to get some errands done! Sometimes there is a wait, but all good things come at a price!
