Hands down the pets pet supplies plus store in the country Every single time I’ve come in i have been greeted with genuine kindness. The employees have impeccable costumer service skills and most times i have more than one employee asking if i can help them or just having a quick casual interaction.

Just today i came in with my 2 year old daughter, we watched the kittens (whom all the people who care for them are equally amazing and kind) many times bringing a kitty to the window for my kids to say hello to. After that we walked to the dog food aisle and had 2 employees come over and hand a toy for my daughter who happily accepted it, free of charge. Both employees and I enjoyed a kind interaction and you can tell they truly care for their customers and want to help because of their kind nature.

The cleanliness of the store is impeccable. I have never once gone in and seen empty shelves. Again every single employee asks if they can help me and not in a pushy way ever. No one makes you feel like you need to get in/out like other pet retail stores do. I can not say enough good things about this location. Truly top of its class.

I had a trainer greet me once, wasn’t sale pitchy or trying to recruit me for a class. Heck they even have puppy yoga i saw one day!

I enjoy the free pet scale for weighing my pup, i have not used the wash stations but whenever im there it’s extremely clean. You will NOT regret visiting Webster pet supplies plus. You and your furry friend will leave feeling loved and valued...

We recently visited the new Pet Supplies Plus store in Webster. We purchased one of their cat trees that were on sale for their grand opening. We thought it would be great as we were saving money. The material was so cheap, within 3 days my cats ripped apart one of the carpeted poles, and exposed the white powdery material under the carpeting, whatever that is, and plastic strings from the carpeting were all exposed and hanging out. My cats ate some of them and threw it up. We were not sure if Pet Supplies Plus would take it back but we called and told them what happened. The sales associate said she would call headquarters and ask. She did, and called us back and said they would not take it back because it was used. Funny because on the receipt it said there was a 30 day return policy on it, but they are refusing. The cat trees are JUNK there, I highly DO NOT recommend to purchase any of them. Try pulling at the carpeting before you purchase, bet pieces will come right off. It's not only cheap, but dangerous. We have to now throw it out...$40 dollars down the drain. Thanks for nothing Pet Supplies Plus, we will not be visiting you again. Read on to some other reviews, they will not take returns even though they say they will in the receipts. Be very careful of what you purchase there, you may be very dissapointed, be very sorry and lose money. We will take our business elsewhere...

I recently went to Pet Supplies Plus in Webster with my brand new Doberman rescue, Apollo. He really needed a bath. The basins were full so we had to wait and while waiting Apollo started barking at nothing, he made a little scene, heads turned and we caught some judgement looks from other customers. We got into the wash room quickly and the employees of the store were so accommodating and just understood what we were feeling and I didn't even have to say a word. While in the washroom, another customer asked me how many people my dog has bit. 🤬 The employees of the store apologized for that man's behavior and hooked us up with a bunch of goodies and gave Apollo nothing but love. They wanted me to know that's not the usual vibe in there and how they felt bad for us. Yayyy for humanity! I can't tell you how much better I felt after that, their empathy, their understanding, their open minds and hearts! You can bet I'll be back!
