Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Town of Webster

I've been there twice now since they have opened and I can say that the wait time improved very much. I understand they are dealing with a large amount of customers and a newly trained staff, both of which are evident when you step through the door. That being said, I was disappointed with my experience today. I ordered my food to go and when I got out to my car I realized the order of fries was not included in my bag. I went inside and the manager apologized and gave me the fries. Not a big deal since we can all say it's happened to us at an established fast food place where you're the only customer being waited on. I was very disappointed however when I was eating the cheeseburger at home and discovered some kind of paper in the burger. Based on it's location, size, and taste (yeah I said it), I believe it was the wax paper between cheese slices. Again, I'll be fair and chaulk it up to a staff that works hard and a line of customers that doesn't end. Rather then dismiss returning, I am going to be patient and give the place a couple of months to find their stride. If the paper in the burger incident were to happen after this, then I think it'd be fair to say it will have been...

Amazing service. I was angry about something that happened (not at your establishment) and I knew I was 10x angrier because I was hungry. I was across the road and decided to go get something to eat at Dairy Queen. The food was surprisingly hot but the main reason for the review is because of the amazing customer service. I went to pay and (sorry for assuming someone gender) the girl working on the window (dark hair supper friendly) told me about a deal. How I ordered my food I guess there was a meal deal and it saved me a few dollars and I got a free drink with the deal. I just asked for a water and she gave me a water bottle and told me if you don’t drink it it’s nice to have in the car. The whole interaction was very genuine. I usually just settle for McDonald's, but today, being right by DQ I decided to go there. I'm glad I did! The double cheeseburger was amazing with 2 different types of cheese, the fries are thicker cut than McDonald's fries & you get a bigger "large" order than McDonald's. Every time I go to McDonald's & order a "large" fry, it's always half full. What gives? Potatoes aren't expensive. The cola soft drink I had wasn't as sweet as McDonald's either. And to top it all off, it was less expensive than McDonald's! DQ is further away from me than McDonald's. But I'm happy to pass it by on my way to DQ again! One more note to add, the drive thru at DQ is better designed Thanks at the McDonald's I was going to. It doesn't block parking spots!...
