This library has a lot of potential — it's clean, comfortable, and clearly serves as a valuable community hub, especially for families with young children. I really appreciate how much they do to support kids with various programs and activities. That said, if you're someone who comes to the library to study, read, or work in peace, it can be extremely frustrating. The noise level is consistently high, and there doesn’t seem to be any effort from staff or visitors to maintain a quiet atmosphere. Even the designated "quiet study rooms" offer little sound protection — you can hear everything from the person next to you and all the noise from outside. It also lacked the discard book sale that I've come to expect from most of the Erie...
Read moreNice library. My wife, daughter (2yo), and I were just passing through. Lots to keep her occupied, plenty of books. Lots of educational resources. My only issue is that their public wifi had a lot to be desired. When you get better upload/download speeds from the neighbors "Town of West Seneca" (ToWS_Guest Access Point). You know you have a slight issue. How is it that almost every other library in NYS has amazing Fiber Internet, but this gorgeous, apparently newly built, library is rocking a a...
