Spot Coffee Express Cafe — Restaurant in Town of West Seneca

Over a decade of as a Spot customer and the Veterans Park Express location is the worst with customer service. The manager/ owner (mid age cranky overweight blonde woman) is really rude. The cashier heard me say “you get the cookie at the table After your yogurt” to a special needs toddler. While I was getting back change and waiting on receipt, she handed the small child the cookie directly which immediately hit the floor. The child had nicely asked for another until tears were uncontrollable because he did not understand why the manager was being so mean. She refused to replace the cookie, stating if she knocked over something in a grocery store, then she would be responsible for buying it. (Not true or relevant). After $20 on 2 tall drinks & one floor crumbled cookie barely bigger than a quarter and no receipt the manager rudely offered another at half price. I refused to spend another dime when she treated us so rudely and called my child “a crying Retard”!!!!!! If she owns this store, she should lose that privilege. Never has anyone ever been so mean to my child! Never have I wanted to shame a business so bad. Especially when the employees should be trained to hand items to the paying adult and not to the kid that can’t reach it! Making fun of and torturing a toddler with a promise of a cookie is...

First, the coffee.

Spot coffee has my all time favorite coffee. If I didn't have such a sweet tooth, I could drink their coffee black. Instead of my usual 4 Splenda I usually put in, say, Tim Hortons coffee, I tend to only use 2 at spot coffee.

Now for this location....

This is, by far, my favorite place to hang out. Not only is the coffee delicious, but the atmosphere is wonderful. And a part of that is thanks to the amazing staff at this location. I have never had a more friendly crew take my order and make my coffee. Everyone who works here is just so lovely that it's a driving force for me continuing to come back. They're quick, accurate, and in my opinion the perfect level of friendly and happy that I want out of a barista. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs, and that just adds to my wanting wanting support this Cafe. Not once has anyone seemed miserable or Unfriendly. Genuinely, I could talk in circles about how amazing this crew is. I hope that they get paid what they are worth, because they are what makes me want to keep coming back, not the coffee. Waited forever for a toasted bagel, while the two girls were talking behind the counter. There was an Uber eats person picking up food and the cook put it out on the counter, but they never said anything to her so she waited a little longer and started checking the bag out herself before she took it. And when my bagel finally came out, it wasn’t even toasted. I normally go to the Orchard Park location, but I won’t be back to the West...
