Edit: Never going again. As a vegetarian I cant even suck it up and eat the mistakes because you somehow continually turn my black bean items into the meat versions. I CANT EAT IT. I'M LEFT HUNGRY AFTER ORDERING HERE EVERY TIME.

Stop bringing menu items back just to randomly pull them away. Especially when I have to order something 3 times before you get it right and now I barely got to try it before the item disappeared, every time. First time I ordered veggie nacho fries but got the burrito version with steak 🤨 then I try again to get it and you dont even give me the special sauce that makes it what it is supposed to be. Then I have to go back and get it made right AGAIN and finally now I get to try my correct item. Then it's gone from the menu when I go to try it again. Just appalling. Another time I ordered the nacho fries I had to keep having your location make them 3 times and in the end it was STILL messed up. A 4th try is just too much. You are wasting my time and patience. I gave up that time so I had not even gotten to try my item correctly. How does this keep being an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME the nacho fries come back out. Plus you are the only fast food that a vegetarian can truly eat... please get it...

So it was me and my family plus one other family there. We ordered 1st and we sat down for our name to be called. Basically the cashiers was standing there the whole time staring at our food and didnt call our name and also let the other customers take our food right infront of him! We only knew it was ours because they brought it right back to the counter after opening everything and touching it ALL. The cashier was clearly high and I got called rude when i went up there and sorted out the mess. So once it was reordered it took about 20 min for them to make our food wich is insane and done on purpose. Then once i get my quesadilla all of the cheese is in 1 corner chicken in 1 corner and sauce in 1 corner... so they let other people take our food , got mad at me and called me rude then made us wait extremely long for fast food then produced a...

We drove to this location late at night off I90 because the one that was closer was closed for renovation (not updated on Google btw so we wasted a trip over there). We waited in the drive thru at this location at 10pm for at least 15 minutes due to computer issues inside the restaurant. When we finally got up to the window, we didn't wait to check our food due to the 10 car line that had piled up behind us. We were missing TWO different items that we ordered and paid for, and the items we did get were made wrong. At this point we did not have time to go back and sit in the long line of cars, and the lobby wasn't open for us to go in and right the issue. Please let us know how to be refunded for this order due to all of the missing and...
