Food may be good but the service is awful. Ordered wings to be delivered to a disabled 55+ apartment complex and the driver left the food in hallway because my disabled mother didn’t get to her within a 3min window. Then I call her to see if she was still there and she quickly yelled I waited three mins and left the food there and left and hung up the call. Was never told she couldn’t wait more than 3 mins and last I checked, I paid 42.00 plus $4.00 for delivery to get my food delivered, I think I deserve a little better service than that. I Order just a cheese pizza, it was crappy out they said give them a hour, no problem... A hour passes by, i received a call saying that do not deliver to whitesboro (5 mins up the road from them) which was bs because Ive ordered there atleast 4 times previously. Then they said they would deliver it and would be another 30 mins. Ended up waiting a Little over 2 hours for cold pizza, we had to heat it up as soon as we got it. Went there to get some slices and told me they didn't have time to add toppings to a slice, closed window on us while we were standing and then had us wait after pressing bell. The man behind the counter that was dealing with us was nothing but rude and nasty. Should be ashamed of himself as he was nasty in front of a child. Only time I've had poor service is when he's working. Will no longer get my business. 2 lunch specials were supposed to be 10 as the man charged me 14. Never been treated like that at pizza shop!
