Taco Bell — Restaurant in Town of Yorktown

I used to frequent this Taco Bell and had positive customer service experiences with the regular associates but the manager DOUBLE-CHARGED me for my order, and was so rude and disrespectful the last time I visited that I will never go back to this location.

I ordered food through the mobile app which usually goes smoothly but when I went inside to pick up my food the manager told me she hadn't received my order. I showed her a confirmation email as well as the order in my order history (both listed the exact order number) on the app and I assumed she would have the food made then and I'd just have to wait an extra 10 minutes. Nope. She insisted I re-order the food and pay for it AGAIN. My girlfriend asked how we would avoid being double-charged and the manager cut her off repeating "I don't have any order, you have to order" loudly every time my girlfriend tried to speak. I stepped in offering to pay for the food AGAIN if the manager could guarantee the first charge would be refunded. The manager said I would get a refund if I hadn't clicked "I'm Here" on the app (which is what you have to click for them to start making your food). Again I explained to her that I had clicked "I'm Here" (I've used the app at several Taco Bell locations, I understand how it works) and my girlfriend tried to show her our confirmation email again but she ignored her, spoke over her, and asked that we order or leave. If we hadn't been purchasing food for friends and family as well as ourselves we would have walked out then. Instead, we ordered again and I asked the manager AGAIN if I would be refunded for the first charge. She assured me that if the order wasn't picked up we would be refunded within 24 hours, even though we had clicked "I'm Here". Well, that was 4 days ago and still no refund. Even worse, her staff hangs up on me and my girlfriend every time one of us calls and asks to speak with her. I've worked in the food service industry and that's just not how you treat customers, especially if they...

This is where i feed my newly developed addiction to the Crunchwrap Supreme (i know, im a bit late to the party)

The gals here are always super fast, and so very sweet- big smiles and "thank yous" that make you feel all warm and fuzzy. And these ladies know how to make a crunchwrap, let me tell you. Always the crispiest crunch in the center, evenly distributed sauce, they pack my addon fries perfectly around the sides. Mever have you tasted such supreme love put into a 10$ meal.

Some may assume that every TacoBell is the same, but thats not always the case. While unassuming and ordinary on the outside, the hardworking staff on the inside set this 'Bell off above the rest

There used to be a horrible employee here that snapped at me one time when I went to take my bag off the counter that had my name on it, since I ordered online, as if I was trying to steal food. There was a much nicer way she could have confirmed that I was the person who was supposed to pick up that food.

Anyway, that freak seems to no longer be working at this particular location, so I revised my review to reflect that.

As far as Taco Bells go, this one is one of the better ones. It seems like they put more meat in their food, the service is fast, and the people working there are nice (now that that one miserable one is gone.) I stopped here every so often for lunch while I'm working, never had a complaint...
