Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Towson

This Chick-fil-A is very convenient. The Drive-thru wait time has been taken into consideration now a days. I understand I can order ahead and get it dropped off to my vehicle however, my latest experience ordering ahead was not pleasing at all. Order was totally wrong & missing drinks. Received part of the order correct second time around that was 15-20 minutes later, still missing drinks. So, I went inside w/ my freshly made sandwiches I asked if I could possibly get fresh hash browns as I waiting 15-20 for my correct sandwiches - hash browns were cold. Employee said sure and threw away the whole bag… with the freshly made sandwiches. Unforgettable moment if I’m being honest - I wanted to give up on getting Chick-fil-A breakfast that day. The grilled filets has also been on the small side… and I mean like I can see the parts where I’ll only be diving into bread and veggies and nothing else. I also found hair in my grilled sandwich on 4/3 I threw it away and ate air for dinner. I did not want to post this for one of my favorite fast food restaurants especially the closest Chick-fil-A to me. There’s always room for improvements, we aren’t perfect but we can sure strive for better. Hope...

Ordered at 1:43. Recieved the Food at 2:08. 25 minutes later. I had to ask them What the problem was after watching endless customers get their food before me ordering after me. I had to ask the server to check for my order because they lost my receipt and the 2 ladies next to me who also waited 25 minutes. Once I got my food it was wrong. I got regular nuggets instead of grilled because the lady who took my order did not listen. Once I confronted this and said I told them grilled nuggets the man with dreads serving refused to fix my order. Horrible customer service. My bag came with no napkins. I watched numerous other people get napkins...

Very disappointed in the service. My OneCard points kept randomly disappearing and they wouldn’t tell me who was using them. Had to get a court order to finally find out who was stealing my meals. This is my only source of food as I am a freshman and do not have a car or job to pay for food.

If you see the chubby strict black man behind the counter point at him and scream “COMMITTEE!”
