This review is not based on the food for this Seasons location. It’s based on the disgraceful actions of one of its employees who was visiting the location I was at. My family and I were visiting the Seasons located on Old Harford Rd. this evening. I was pushing my 6 year old daughter who is in a wheelchair to the restroom. The entryway to the restroom area was blocked, so I asked this employee who was dressed in a Sesaons uniform if he could move the chair so I can have access to the restroom. He looked me and my daughter from head to toe and said in a sarcastic tone “I dont work here, I’m just here to pick up an order” and just walked away. Another employee of the Seasons on Old Harford Rd asked what was going on, so I told him. I then asked him if he knew the guys name and he said no but I will find out. The rude Seasons employee from the Towson location hurried up out the store with a bag in his hand before I could get his name. Upon leaving the restroom I talked to the manager of the location where we were dining and asked if he knew what happened and he said he was just informed. I then asked him if he doesn’t work here, how was he allowed to just walk behind the counter like that, can I just walk behind you counter like that? I said what’s his name and I was told by the manager that he doesn’t know, he just knows he works at the Towson store. I don’t have his name but his description is, Caucasian male, early 20’s, short medium somewhat curly black hair, and his height is abt 5’5-5’7 and his weight is maybe around 115-125 pounds. I just want to say I’m VERY offended by his actions. It was disgusting, disgraceful, rude and not a good representation of a Seasons employee. I feel my daughter and I have been discriminated against. This type of behavior should not be acceptable at any establishment. I feel he could have just moved the chair. I think him telling me he don’t work there made it sound better because he didn’t want to move the chair. But where is the human kindness and compassion to help a person with a disability? My daughter and I are very hurt by this situation. People don’t realize or understand the struggles of a person with a physical disability. Read moreMy family ordered online at 7:51 pm and our delivery was expected no later than 8:45 pm. We waited until 9 pm and called the location to get an ETA. The original gentlemen that answered told us that they were not delivering to my area that late at night. We asked him why didn't anyone call after over an hour wait. He stated he apologized he didn't realize we ordered online and couldn't find our order online and he would get his manager. While I waited for the manager, I went to my online confirmation and noticed they cancelled my order at 9:05 pm. When the manager Dana got on the phone and he immediately stated he attempted to call me twice. I had the phone near me the whole time in case they needed to call me. No one called. When I told him I received no calls i had the phone near me, he tried to get loud so I hung up. We have ordered from here several times and have not had any issues with delivery for the timeframe ordered. I have never felt so disrespected and lied to. It was as simple as picking up the phone if they really didn't want to deliver to my home. My child had to wait for me to go get her something to eat an additional 1/2 hour on top of the hour we waited for nothing. I will never order...

The workers have some serious attitude problems when it comes to telling the customer if they can prepare an order a certain way or not and when I’d ordered wings and asked for an extra ranch, the manager made SURE to tell the girl to charge me the ¢50 it was and after I received my order, NO RANCH. AT ALL. Like they didn’t even check. So I called back because this aggravated me considering they’d already been rude to my boyfriend over the phone earlier when he’d asked about only getting a certain number of wings a different flavor, when whoever I guess Matt? Picked up, all i heard him say towards the end of the call was “who’s making this big of a deal its just a ranch” like no! It’s the principle!
